"Super good hotel, super super super recommended, except for being far away from the city, there are no other shortcomings. 1. The main thing is that the scenery is super beautiful. There are slides for adults and a kids area to play in. There are four or five swimming pools. You can also book an outdoor jacuzzi. Next to it is a beautiful gauze bed like Madai. It is with the hotel next door. Beautiful too. 2. The restaurant is super delicious (compared to another chain recommended by a book, this one is simply heaven, and that restaurant is all praised by Lei). There are dozens of kinds of desserts that are not as sweet as Lei, and everyone in the family You know, it’s heaven to have non-sweet desserts on the European and American menu. Most of the dishes are delicious. The pasta is super fragrant, and there are many kinds of fruits and yogurts. In addition, there are two restaurants that require reservations. There is a seafood barbecue that can be reserved, such as the Japanese-style Egyptian Teppanyaki, which is very fragrant but we did not make a reservation. There is also a very exotic tent. 3. There is a long private beach coastline, which the Glass Sea Hotel can have. There are so many deck chairs on the beach, hundreds of them can lie on them, but there are very few people lying on them. The sea breeze is so comfortable. 4. The decoration of the hotel is similar to that of Manxin in China. The room is very new, there is plenty of hot water, the balcony is beautiful, and the glass windows have locks. Some buildings have not been completed yet, so the price will probably increase after they are completed. It is really worth it. The service staff likes to ask for Fengyoujing as a tip🤣, so I gave him the remaining half bottle. The only drawback is that I got bitten by mosquitoes when I went to the beach at night, but bad mosquitoes are everywhere, and I don't blame this hotel. I didn't encounter any discrimination against Chinese people. At least the service staff were very nice to me. I will stay here again next time."

"泄湖景完全是來搞笑的，所謂泄湖就是個小水泡，陽臺中間還隔着一段距離和樹擋着，跟其他評論一樣，存在一定的歧視，但是大部份工作人員還是挺友善的，雖然這本來就是他們應該做的。中間想加錢升級海景，帶我們去看的也還是一個稍微大一點的水泡而已，工作人員告訴我這已經是最好的海景房了，最後並沒有升級，泳池開放時間特別晚關閉時間卻很早，如果要出海這家酒店完全沒必要，吃的甚至不如國內100塊錢人民幣的自助餐，基本都靠吃麪包吃飽的，我們拿行李小費給了一美金態度還可以，同行的另一對沒有零錢了給了10埃磅態度就很差，對於一家五星級酒店這種事不應該發生，還是建議加錢選擇更好的全包酒店，或者普通的全包，想省錢或者出海沒有時間在酒店那就市區選擇一家便宜的就好了，這邊出行也並不方便，最後，我們check out的時候工作人員態度非常好，忘記問他的名字了，當看到我們自己拿行李過來了一直在向我道歉，告訴我他們應該安排擺渡車過來接我們的，海邊和泳池邊工作人員也很好，太陽下山後我們想去游泳，海邊的工作人員告訴我太陽下山後海里很危險，並且開玩笑説會有鯊魚，泳池邊的工作人員很耐心的告訴我泳池關閉了，要消毒，會傷眼睛，總的來説，真的不值這個價"

"Harika Bir Konaklama – A Stay That Turned My Trip Around – Ein Aufenthalt, der meinen Urlaub gerettet hat I only stayed in Hurghada for two days, and unfortunately my first day didn’t go well because I had booked the wrong hotel. After leaving that place and arriving here, I instantly realized I had finally made the right choice. Even though I spent only two days at this resort, I left wishing I had booked a much longer stay. All the staff members were genuinely kind and attentive. The food selection was extensive with plenty of delicious options. The beachfront, the swimming pool, and the overall resort atmosphere were wonderful. After my check-out, my flight wasn’t until midnight, yet the hotel kindly allowed me to continue using the resort facilities— and even encouraged me to enjoy the dinner buffet. This thoughtful gesture truly made a difference. During my trip across Egypt, I stayed at 4–5 different hotels, and this one was by far the best. Another big advantage was that the staff could speak both German and English, which made things so much easier. I’d like to give special thanks to receptionist Mina Khalil, who was extremely helpful and kind throughout my stay. There’s only one thing I believe could be improved: Even though it’s 2025, the in-room internet was available only for an extra fee. At a hotel of this quality, fast and complimentary internet in the rooms should definitely be standard. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would absolutely choose this hotel again."

"Don't expect much from the room amenities; they're comparable to older Marriott hotels in China. The public areas are beautiful, but the service is mediocre. The breakfast tablecloth was left untouched by a guest eating on the table in front, leaving me to use it. I reported the poor service to the front desk, but they only gave a bland response and didn't take it seriously. For a 2,000 room rate, the service doesn't match the quality; don't pay for this place. It's a Baron Palace, but the waiters are the barons, and the Chinese guests are the targets of his arrogance. The concierge and security were excellent, but the tall, pale, and thin guy in the breakfast room, who spoke ”Hello” in Chinese, was a real letdown for the hotel's service."

"Accoglienza all’arrivo scandalosa: avevo prenotato per me e le mie due figlie di 12 e 15 anni e pretendevano che pagassi loro 90€ in più a notte per il terzo letto quando la prenotazione era chiaramente per 3 persone di quella età!!! Ci hanno bloccate per l’intero pomeriggio alla reception (eravamo arrivate alle 14 e ci hanno permesso di andare in camera alle 18,30!), non permettendoci ovviamente di usufruire di tutti i servizi già pagati con l’All inclusive per quella giornata. Alle 18,30 l’hotel mi ‘concede’ di pagare solo 45€ a notte in più che coincide all’incirca con quanto Trip.com mi ha offerto come importo massimo per il rimborso in Trip Coins (per le prime 3 ore mi dicevano che non potevano rimborsarmi più di 70€ totali!!). E’ stato davvero un pessimo welcome, che mi è costato infinite telefonate e stress. Animazione serale minima e molto poco fruibile perché dislocata e in orario di cena. Il punto di forza dell’hotel non sono le camere (ed io avevo preso una premium) ma il giardino, che è incantevole!!! Pieno di amache e lettini relax, una vera chicca. È un hotel enorme, la spiaggia è divisa in settori, c’è la parte riservata alle Ville, quella per i paganti, quella per solo adulti, e quella aperta a tutti, dove c’è ressa. Il ristorante, eccellente, era diviso in piu ambienti. Le piscine non sono tutte collegate ma piacevolissime, anche se chiudono troppo presto! Quella con la ‘cascata dalle rocce’, molto scenografica, è pero molto piccola. Gli agenti che girano per proporre esperienze con il parasailing, con i quad o altro sono inaffidabili perché pur di farmi prenotare con loro mi aveva garantito che il tempo dell’esperienza sarebbe stato doppio rispetto al suo concorrente ma cosi non è stato (mi ha poi rimborsato 10€ ma mi e costato fatica e stress). I pochi blocchi di reef presenti davanti all’hotel sono ancora incredibilmente vivi!!! Uscite in barca da lì ne organizzano poche, ho fatto quella secondo il diving center più bella e una delle due fermate è stata magnifica seppur breve. Il diving center mi sembra molto attivo e organizzato. Il bar sulla spiaggia è bellissimo!! Anche se i cocktail sono mediocri."

"My wife and I chose Xanadu. We stayed for 3 days and were very pleased. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was great. The drinks we drank were also very high quality. We would like to thank Bülent Bey and Gülnaz Hanım for their interest. They helped in every way. The sea is very beautiful. The water is crystal clear. The beach is completely sandy. There are many dining options. There were activities we could have fun at night. Family hotel. Very suitable for guests with babies. The aquapark also offers an entertainment opportunity. If you are coming to Hurghada, I definitely recommend you to stay here."

"The room can't see the sea, there are large equipment downstairs outside the window, and the noise is loud. The facilities inside the house are old. The hotel's beach is small, more like a cove. The room rate includes three meals, which is not too rich and has not changed much. After two days of eating, I am slightly tired."

"Huge resort in Hurghada in the Sal Hasheesh area, it had a lot of potential but from the first night our hopes of spending a holiday with all the comforts were dashed. We were assigned a room on the lowest level of the structure, with walls raised by humidity and a terrible smell of mold. We protested and we were changed rooms, with the promise that the following morning we would be taken to yet another room because the problem apart from the smell, was that the room was objectively dirty. The following morning we were moved to the third room on the second floor. A boy had taken care of cleaning it but obviously it was a general cleaning. Just think that the sheets were full of hair, in fact we slept on them for a week. The common areas, the long corridors were never cleaned, in fact the marble had a dull patina, look at the attached photos. The hall and the restaurant room were cleaned with a spray bottle, I'm talking about the floors, and a squeegee. Apart from this big inconvenience, the structure itself was magnificent, very large, the pools were clean, there was a heated pool, and the beach was very nice and clean. The food was also quite varied, even if the variety of fruit for example was limited. In conclusion, do not expect a five star because it is not, it could be when the structure is really cleaned from top to bottom. Unfortunately, we Italians have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness. We traveled with another family in fact you will find the same review."

"There is no bathtub in the room, Ctrip has confirmed it. After entering the hotel, don't keep waiting just because someone is helping you check in and telling you that you have to wait for your room. We arrived at five o'clock and were told that the room was not ready. The hotel swimming pool closes as soon as the sun goes down, which is earlier than get off work time. The hotel has a free Italian restaurant offer, but it needs to be in advance. Therefore, if you only stay for one day, you will basically not be able to enjoy it. Of course, if you stay for two days, you may not be able to get it. The hotel provides all-inclusive meals, which are very good, and wine is also provided. The hotel is actually very big. Passing behind the swimming pool is the bluemakadi hotel, which has swimming pool performances every night. The bar at the entrance of the hotel is free before 12pm, but it says there is no ice, so I don’t order cocktails. Table tennis, tennis, and billiards are all available, so you can spend a day or two here. The hotel is a ten-minute walk to the beach, and you can walk straight across without leaving the door. There is no elevator in the hotel, so be sure to ask the waiter to help you carry your luggage, especially if it is heavy."

"The price/performance ratio is quite high. The twin room I booked is probably sold out, and we were upgraded to a family room. The resort is very big, but friends who are traveling with us feel that it takes too long to walk. This is not the hotel's problem, but the friend's problem. If you are the kind of person who likes to play in the hotel, it is still very comfortable to live in this kind of all-inclusive resort. We didn’t play the other rides much, because our friends thought it was too far away from their dive shop, so we moved to the old hotel on the street after staying for two nights🙄"
