"White hills resort is astonishing. The view, the room, restaurant is superb. I dont need to review much. Just enjoy my camera roll from the resort. The only thing i want to highlight is their service. All staff are doing a good job, they are so passionate to serve the guests. Shoutout to my butler Mahmoud, he is amazing. He will be ready at your door whenever you need anything. I love the professionalism, the energy and enthusiasm in his work. And to Louerla, what a nice lady you are. Keep that sincere smile. "While the resort itself was huge and grand, our expectations were not met, we expected more of a Club Med vibe, but instead found ourselves in a giant resort with nothing much to it. even though they advertise over seven restaurants and specialty cuisines, they only have one main restaurant that’s open to public while the others need to be pre-booked up to two days in advance however, every morning when we stayed there, everything was already full, which left us with no option but to eat at the main restaurant which had terrible food 2 to 3 items would be OK and the rest would be absolutely terrible and we spoke to other guests as well who had the same Opinion it’s not accessible for people with disabilities or anyone who has even minor health problems is a lot of walking and climbing stairs is required even with the shuttle bus coming every 15 minutes. Their “entertainment “was absolutely terrible at the outside theater and looked like a child could’ve done better. There was some live music however sometimes it was OK but most times, especially on the upper Terrace was just loud and obnoxious not necessarily due to the performer, but I think due to sound quality and the speakers they were using, and also just adjusting the volume level to the space given. Overall, I would not recommend to stay here again and would much prefer to go to a Club Med where I know I will get quality service and food and hospitality as even staff wise while most were good and nice and accommodating, there were others who barely understood basic English or looked unapproachable. Rooms were decent but both our rooms in separate buildings smelled of sewer if bathroom doors were not closed. Overall it’s not the worst but not a place I would stay again. Even beach wise there is no leisure beach to chill on and only a pier to jump into the deep sea to snorkel which you have to pay 5$ to rent a mask and snorkel for the day which in my opinion should have been free since it’s one of their selling points. "

"1. Rent a life jacket for 100 Egyptian pounds a day, and you can rent a private cabin for 10 or 15 dollars a day. 2. The hotel can snorkel directly, the quality of the sea water is not to say, and there are a lot of fish. 3. The overall decoration of the hotel is not advanced enough, and the Arabic style is not modern enough. The music and evening performances are also in Arabic style. 4. There is a dress code for eating, which is extremely inconvenient. You cannot eat lunch or dinner in a swimsuit and vest. There is only one restaurant. 5. The all-inclusive beach drinks are only in plastic cups, not a can if there is no glass."

"Very good experience, all meals are included. The children have less fun than in the hotel in Hurghada. We are purely on vacation, so we didn't experience the sea water project. However, we did consult the general situation. The restaurant does not allow swimsuits and slippers to enter during dinner time, so remember to change clothes for dinner! The food is very rich, but not much suitable for Chinese tastes. I hope there will be more Chinese food!"
