"I booked this room last minute, but my child absolutely loved it! It's perfect for a family trip. However, the emergency exit light is too bright. If there was a curtain to block about half of it near the entrance, I think I'd sleep much better."

"This feels like a luxury hotel, but the substance is lacking… 1. **No in-room phone.** If I wanted to call the front desk, I had to use my own phone to find the number in the booklet and dial it. 2. **Low floors are… well.** The 'ocean view' was useless. Some building's water tank and a Holly's coffee shop blocked most of it. I had to crawl on the floor, taking 5,000 photos, to get just one decent shot. So, if you're on a low floor, you'll have to crawl to see the ocean! Okay, maybe this is my fault for not paying more for a higher floor. BUT, the room photos in the introduction made it seem like there was an unobstructed ocean view, which feels like a scam. There weren't many hotel reviews, so I couldn't have known. I feel cheated. 3. **The biggest problem is privacy.** The toilet faces a window, and the jacuzzi and shower are also in front of full-length windows. Since it's a low floor, you can make eye contact with people in the cafe across the street. My bathroom breaks, showers, and jacuzzi use could all be public! I don't know if the windows are meant to be covered, but it felt very awkward. I had to keep the blinds fully down to use the bathroom and jacuzzi, which defeats the purpose of an 'ocean view' and felt very stifling. They told me not to close the jacuzzi window because of humidity, but the shower is right there, and I almost froze showering! Seriously, you'd think they'd put more thought into the design, even beyond the ocean view… 4. **The room is so big, but there are no mirrors anywhere** you’d expect one! Only the bathroom mirror, which made doing makeup and getting dressed in the morning incredibly inconvenient. 5. **I used a barrier-free room, but as an able-bodied person, I didn't feel any consideration for disabled guests.** Even I, a seasoned traveler in my 20s, had trouble distinguishing between the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I almost ran out of hot water in the shower trying to figure it out. The labels are tiny and on the back somewhere, so you have to really search. Couldn't they use dedicated bottles or at least proper labeling? 6. **There's no room service or similar services, but other services are expensive.** Maybe I just couldn't find it, but usually, hotel F&B services are in the in-room booklet, aren't they? There was nothing. Okay, maybe because it's a lower-star hotel, it wouldn't have it. BUT, late check-out extension costs 33,000 won (which isn't cheaper than other luxury hotels). So, the standard doesn't reach luxury hotel levels, but the service fees feel comparable to one. Breakfast also felt similar, so I didn't use it. Considering all of this, if you're just looking for a cost-effective place, it's okay."

"Great location. Overall, it's good. The room has old furniture, of course. But you get used to it after a couple of days. There's a computer, YouTube, and a browser. There's a bathroom. The owner is very kind and did everything she could. The only downside is that I wanted to extend my stay for a few days, but the owner refused to extend it at the same price since the price is higher on weekends. So I had to move out. Thanks anyway."

"The location is excellent, and the room rate is affordable. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself is quite spacious, with two large double beds and an additional single bed. There are two toilet rooms and two shower heads in the bathroom! Complimentary bottled water and coffee are provided and unlimited. Breakfast is served in the morning. There are many BBQ restaurants nearby, and the 'Soup and Rice Street' is also just about a 5-minute walk away. There's a convenience store right across the street! The downside is that the wooden floor in the room wasn't clean; my white socks turned completely black by the time I reached the bed. The bed was very hard, and there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom, like from a drain."

"To celebrate the New Year and watch the first sunrise, we came to Gwangalli, the hottest spot in Busan! I booked this place because it said the accommodation had a warm-water pool and a sauna, and I was really looking forward to it—and it did not disappoint! We came as a group of 10 people, and I was amazed that such a spacious and comfortable room for all of us was located right in front of Gwangalli Beach. We got to enjoy the sunrise, and even breakfast was provided in the morning—it was absolutely perfect. Yesterday, we went to the hotel’s sauna, and they kindly let our family use the whole facility privately, which was such a special experience. Everything felt so private, and the service was impeccable in every way. They even gave us free beer last night, so we had an amazing little party! I honestly think I’ll come back to Busan just to stay at this hotel again. There’s so much to do around Gwangalli, but the hotel was so nice that I almost regret not spending more time inside. Next time, I’ll definitely stay at least two nights so I can fully enjoy everything! Thanks to Themore Poolvilla’s friendly staff, flawless service, clean and luxurious facilities, and perfect surroundings, we had an unforgettable trip!"
