"This is a great hotel, although the rooms are a bit small. The front desk was a little cold during check-in and didn't offer much information. However, during our two-day stay, the service was impeccable and thought-out. For example, at 9:30 PM, when we were buying snacks at the convenience store by the main entrance, the shuttle bus driver proactively asked if we wanted a ride up (we didn't even know there was a shuttle, as the front desk hadn't mentioned it). And you absolutely *must* try the bakery on the first floor – it's Seoul's number one French patisserie."
