The house exceeded my expectations, especially for the affordable price. It's spacious, has a pool table, and the common areas are well-equipped with a full kitchen. They clearly state there's a 300 THB cleaning fee if you don't wash up yourself. All three bedrooms are good, clean, and have comfortable beds. The main common area has a large projector screen, like having an outdoor cinema indoors, though the Mi Box remote could be a bit more responsive. There's an AC wall charger available for 300 THB per night as a flat fee. If you think it's not worth it, there are plenty of charging stations not too far away on Khao Lam Road. Overall, I think this house is a great, convenient, and good value option. Booking through Trip was also cheaper than booking directly with the company."
