"Centara is good hotel with good gym and good view from windows, room looks fine and wide. Hotel far away from beach side. Restaurant is expensive, no choice for poor vegetarians… They provide shuttle bus drop to the beach every hour, thanks. We stay one week without hot water in shower, reception know about this problem , but nobody help, doesn’t matter how many times I call. Fist time in my life I stay in 4****star hotel without good cleaning service, lots of insects on walls, blankets and pillows very dirty !!! There is nice swimming pool and garden inside with lots of trees and flowers. In this hotel they respect animals much more than humans, so they proud to show on the board lots pictures with cats and dogs. Nearby restaurant 1 vending machine swallow money, but give no snacks, hotel said they not responsible. Service should be better, need to find a manager with modern education to run this beautiful hotel with prosperity. My opinion if hotel gets money from international clients is better to teach stuff how to communicate with customers on American/English way, perhaps is right way to run business. Stuff is tired and boring all day long."

"Amazing and beautiful resort, we did have the unfortunate timing of a wedding during our stay which closed down a section of the beach and meant late night guests were a little noisy past 12am but overall we loved our stay here. The massage here is one of the best I’ve ever had, amazing. Breakfast and lunch is also top notch."

"1.Quite disappoint with the first time to stay here , have changed room for 2 times as first room got bad smell and the second room has water pipe leakage . 2. The hotel quite old so really need some renovation. 3. The pictures as shown are not quite same as the actual condition. 4. The BEST things in this hotel are their staffs sevice minded especially Ms.Nee and her manager Mr.Top they solved the problem as professionally and quickly as possible/ the rest of BEST thing is FOOD !!! Can say both of breakfast and Seafood buffet dinner are really superb & fantastic!! You have to try 😋😋 5. "Navana feels like one of those places you go when you’re tired of the city and just want to disappear somewhere quiet for a bit. The whole vibe is super calm — lots of greenery, soft music, and that tropical “hidden sanctuary” energy. Even though it’s in Pattaya, it somehow feels totally away from Pattaya. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean, with a warm earthy style. If you can, go for the pool access or villa rooms — waking up and stepping right into the water is next-level relaxing. Beds are comfortable, AC is strong, and you get those little design details that make the stay feel premium. Breakfast is solid: good variety, fresh pastries, proper coffee, and a nice outdoor seating area by the water. The restaurant’s dishes are surprisingly good for a resort — not overpriced, flavors hit well, and the staff is super friendly without being too in-your-face. The pool area is the highlight. Big pool, lots of spots to chill, and it stays peaceful even when the hotel feels busy. The beach is small but private and clean — enough for a walk and some photos, not really a swimming beach, but perfect for sunsets. Service is consistently good. Staff helps quickly, keeps everything tidy, and the whole place just runs smoothly. It’s the kind of resort where you naturally slow down without trying. If you want a getaway that’s close to Bangkok but feels far, Navana is one of the best picks. Great atmosphere, comfy rooms, and that perfect balance between nature and a modern resort vibe."

"I've stayed at LK Crystal Place before, but was shocked because all the rooms were fully booked on various websites. I thought I'd have to book elsewhere. However, I checked on trip.com and saw that LK Crystal Ville still had rooms available, so I booked right away. For those who don't know, LK Crystal Place and LK Crystal Ville are in the same group and the buildings are close to each other. You can walk to each other by checking in at LK Crystal Ville (should be Building 3). This time, the price was quite higher than booking at LK Crystal Place (should be Building 2). I checked in around 10 PM. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and seemed to remember me. They asked how many nights I was staying and provided complete information. There was a 500 baht security deposit (refundable after check-out). This time, I got room 4610 (Building 4, 6th floor), and breakfast was served at this building. I must say that there must have been a lot of Chinese tourists this time because during breakfast (breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM), there were at least 15 tour buses leaving the hotel. The room was quite nicer than the one at Crystal Place. The bathroom had a bathtub and the TV signal was clearer. The TV stand, refrigerator, and wardrobe look newer. There is a shower, hot water, and a bathtub (the advantage is that the wet and dry areas are separated). There is a hair dryer and other amenities in the room that are quite new. There is a kettle, coffee, and tea. The room seems a bit smaller than Crystal Place, and there is no sink outside the bathroom. Breakfast is a buffet, which is quite tasty. I like the rice porridge, salted eggs, and sesame oil pickled cabbage. There is a sign in front of the elevator warning Chinese tourists not to make loud noises outside the room (but you can still hear people talking, like they are arguing outside the room). Late at night, someone knocked on the door and tried to open it (it might be a Chinese person who entered the wrong room or came to see their friend in the wrong room). Things get chaotic when the Chinese tourists get off and have breakfast, but when the Chinese tourists leave, it is peaceful and comfortable. The swimming pool is large. Overall, this accommodation is okay, but if I have the chance, I would go back to the original building because it is cheaper, even though the TV signal is not very clear and the bathroom has no partition, so when taking a shower, water splashes out to the dry area."

"The hotel's location is excellent, less than a 3-minute walk to the beach. The parking lot is very spacious, and the rooms are quite large. However, the sewage smell in the ground-floor rooms was absolutely terrible. Overall, for this price and location, it offers good value for money."
