"Had a great stay overall! The place has nice facilities like a pool and gym. We loved the great view—could even see fireworks from our balcony! Location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to Sunset Town. For the price, it’s excellent value with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony and an open kitchen plus dinning & living area giving us plenty of space and flexibility. The only drawback is its weak water supply. But the soundproof, WiFi, air conditioning are great! Huge thanks to Phuong from customer service for her prompt and friendly assistance throughout our stay. We’d love to visit again and definitely recommend this to any family wanting more space or travelers who want to relax and enjoy the fireworks over Sunset Town without the crowded streets."

"All the staff was great especially Nam who’s very helpful and answered all our questions. He even recommended us good food and where to eat. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Aside of that a few walks from your room, you can view beautiful sun set. Buffet breakfast was ok but will be more happy if they could change their menu every 2 days. Overall our stay was very pleasant and will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Last but not least, there’s a must-try dish when you come to Phu Quoc Island, Bun Quay. It’s a seafood bun (noodles) from Phu Quoc Island. The bonus is you can find a restaurant selling this noodle across the hotel (2min walk). The name of the restaurant is Kien Xay. Please go early as the shop is always crowded with tourists even locals also visit regularly."

"we enjoyed our stay🫶 it was our honeymoon trip and also our first time in Vietnam. Hotel manager arranged a nice surprise for us in our room once we arrived, with a complementary cake thank you for everything💕 the hotel itself is gorgeous, food is delicious (i’m russian and my husband is chinese and we both liked the food here) and overall service is also great, we recommend ✨ there are two tennis courts (not free) if you’d like to play some 🎾, sauna is free of charge but reservation is required"

"There's plenty of outdoor space, and a bit more indoor space would be nice. Pros: Private pool; Two rooms; Daily room service; Welcome fruit; Nearby restaurant; Archery and tennis. Cons: The two rooms aren't connected; you have to leave one and enter the other; You can't shower at the same time; The water is hot and cold, fast and slow. You can hear insects at night, which can be difficult to sleep if you're not used to it."

"the villa was more like a chalet. It's 3 room upstairs and 1 room downstairs, with a separate living room (locked by a separate key). It was inconvenient in the sense that if anyone wanted to chill in the living room at night, you needed to make sure that the one holding the key hasn't slept. All rooms as very funky drainage smell which we had to try to musk with our own fragrances. Note: the toilet has no door from the rooms, as such, you cannot isolate the smells. I used a wet face towel and tried to cover the drainages. The room sofa was terrible as it had no bottom support, I fell right through it when I sat down. The hot water is a little intermittent, so be careful while showering. "

"A beautiful property directly on the beach with many swimming pools to enjoy and spend your day. The buffet for breakfast was absolutely delicious and you can’t miss the fresh pastries that must be made in house because they are that good! Wow! Very smooth and easy check-in process, terrific guest relations team, who is very responsive and very helpful bellmen all throughout my visit. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially families, couple couples or solo travelers.  Some small silly policies like take away containers for in room, dining during peak season an no breakfast for in room dining but overall, it was an exceptional experience. The buffet made up for not having in room dining for breakfast because it was really one of the best buffets I’ve had in a long time!  If you’re an art lover, I highly suggest visiting the property located directly next-door from a short walk on the beach And visit Nguyen Art Gallery to see stunning works of art by a very talented local artist artists. It’s complementary to visit the gallery and while you’re there you can enjoy lunch in one of the restaurants or head to their on-site bakery, which is also outstanding, offering a bit more complex, desserts and sweets."

"If you are looking for top notch service, then I would recommend Sheraton. We recently had our family trip and stayed at sheraton. We really enjoyed it as they offered free shuttle buses to locations such as safari, grand world and airport. For kids, there's activities that keep them busy. We extremely enjoyed pizza making since the chef was extremely attentive and my kids had so much fun. The pizzas were also really good. I had to praised their service as the workers there are extremely polite, attentive and responsive to our needs. Breakfast selections constantly changed everyday so we really enjoyed the food there. We also had dinner at daily social and the servers were so amazing and attentive. They were extremely polite and we really felt our needs were taken care of. Although the hotel is a bit dated but we really enjoyed our stay there. Would totally recommend to my friends and people that are looking for top notch service."

"Facilities: The lobby is very beautiful, with a lovely poolside right by the sea. Cleanliness: Generally clean, though there was some standing water on the windowsill, possibly due to the rainy season. Environment: The hotel is located right in the center of Sunset Town, right by the sea, which is very comfortable and beautiful. The only downside is that construction starts too early in the morning, which affects sleep. Service: The front desk and reception staff are very friendly."

"The resort provides airport shuttle service which is very convenient. When we checked in at around 7pm, it was raining heavily and the hotel was so generous to give out restaurant coupons for food and drinks so we could stay to have our dinner. Buffet breakfast has quite a variety and with fresh fruit.The pool villa was another great offer from them , we just walked out from our villa and the pool was just outside with at least 500 m long. We have loved it. As our villa was at the end so it was liked a private pool to ourselves. The beaches weren’t too good as waves were so big and we found out two big drainages were leading to the sea from the villa. Overall it was quite a good stay for us."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Wonderful Stay at Radisson Blu Phu Quoc – Simply Perfect! From the very first moment, we were truly overwhelmed by the warmth and friendliness of the entire team. We especially want to mention Alex at the reception – she was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind. She took plenty of time to answer all our questions and made sure all our requests were taken care of. Her positive energy and excellent English really made our stay special. During our stay, we had a small issue with the room service at first – we tried ordering through the app, then the phone didn’t work, and somehow we ended up ordering twice. But again, the service was outstanding: Robert, the manager, personally took care of the situation, showed us how to use the app properly, and made sure the phone issue was fixed right away. It was handled quickly, professionally, and with a big smile – truly impressive! We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Radisson Blu, and it honestly felt like a dream come true. The entire resort is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and everything runs so smoothly. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a huge selection, and the beach is kept very clean with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. We also really appreciated the convenient shuttle services around the property. The Radisson Blu Phu Quoc combines luxury with a warm, family-like atmosphere. You feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for at every moment. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone – whether for a special occasion or just to relax and recharge.
