Friendly and informative staff. Dated but nice. Nice rainfall shower. Parking easy and close outside door, since slow weekday and off season. Nothing really around facility but were just traveling through so okay.

Valet was fabulous,but check in lady was very rude i thought when i was asking questions!!!! Then when she seen we booked through a third party that's when the attitude started, our beds were very good ,carpet had burns or burnt,the bathroom toilet paper holder wasn't even attached all the was itwas hanging thought it was going to fall off !!!! Sink was not draining, and looked like on the ledge a bug was dead wasnt cleaned the ledge that is on the floor!!! I asked if we had a handicape room she didn't respond also about a late check out because of my husband being handicape and here response was only a certain card status, when i tried to explain why she wouldn't even respond!!! Honestly wasn't worth what i paid because we went through a third party pretty sad!!!!

What I did not like about this place is they did not have Fox news on the TV had Fox business but not the other probably will stay across the street from now on

Nice new clean facility with above average amenities that is hamstrung by unprofessional and indifferent staff.
During my last stay housekeeping left my room door open all day after servicing my room.

The hotel was awesome. Staff was friendly, room was clean and spacious, the view of Memphis was cool, and the restaurants were yummy and convenient for when we didn’t want to travel for a meal or snack. I liked the security at the hotel entrance and elevators. The ****** was fun and bright, just like you would expect. I don’t smoke so I appreciate there was a separate area for smoking in the ******.

We just loved staying here. Our GPS took us past the hotel, so it was tiresome finding the entrance at night in the rain.
The tv was remarkable, but they didn’t have Fox News, but cnn, msnbc, and hln were there. Not my stations.
