A’mare Corsica Seaside Small Resort

We had a generally good stay. The rooftop 200 room offers a large terrace with an idyllic setting that is worth the detour. The room and the hotel are very pleasant and well decorated. The bedding is very comfortable. Small downside for some technical details (notably a whirlpool turning on randomly, traces of wear in the toilet bowl and absence of VMC, the worn shower screen seal). The cleanliness and accommodation service are correct. Thanks to Margaux for her dynamism and involvement as well as Julien for his sense of service and his excellent advice both for discovering the beaches and the restaurants in the surrounding area. They clearly made our stay easier and more pleasant. We gave 3 stars mainly because of the restaurant and its service. Avoid room service. More than 30 minutes of waiting for breakfast and when we received our dinner tray (too big to pass through the room corridor), the waiter left it in my hands at the door saying "That's it." will go?" before turning on his heels. In addition, the meal was cold because it was not sealed and the Frito Misto was served on what looked like straw (it appeared to be grilled leeks). The other days we had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast manager, beyond her non-existent welcome, provides no service and has no interest in the well-being of her customers. I didn't necessarily want to share an opinion on the networks, being a hotelier myself and knowing what this can entail, but we expected more customer relations and concern about our satisfaction during the stay, especially in a 5 star which is said said impeccable about it. In fact, no one asked us the simple question: “Did your stay go well?” Essential in my opinion... In summary, nice hotel but for a 5 star, we are a little disappointed. The user-friendliness and service reputation advertised on your site are lacking.

A treat, as much for the setting as for the gastronomy or the staff. Vanessa took care of us and was wonderful! Don’t hesitate to make a stop, a meal, a night, a magnificent memory of a magical and timeless moment. To the wise!

We stayed two days at Miramar Corsica. The reception, rooms and infrastructure are very good. The only big weak point of this establishment is the restaurant. The latter's terrace is ideally located with a magnificent view. However, the prices are much too high compared to the service offered. For such prices, one would expect almost gourmet service but unfortunately, the dishes are not really elaborate and the service is not really up to 5 star standards. €32 for eight slices of melon with raw ham to share, presented on a wooden board... As for wine, when we ask the waitress for a suggestion, we get the answer: "this one is stronger than the one -this", without really any more information. The service needs to be improved. You are served the dishes, then five minutes later, the wine. We receive the dishes before having received the cutlery, between the starter and the main course. I'm not saying it's catastrophic, but for the price and the 5-star establishment, we might expect a little more careful and professional service. During our stay in Corsica, we stayed in 4-star hotels which had restaurants with a much higher standard (menu/service). The general impression is that the establishment displays an image of a 5-star hotel, but that the service behind it does not match. I agree with the other comments which say that this hotel is more like a 4 than a 5 star, especially in the restaurant area.

Magnificent hotel, breakfasts with quality local products Impeccable staff, notably the breakfast lady, the young receptionist etc. A place with breathtaking views for lunch The view from the rooms is just as beautiful, waking up in bed with a bay fully glazed to the sea, it's a treat Yes there is a road below, a small downside compared to the noise but well soundproofed and even when you are on the balcony, it's okay. The water in the shower was not very hot Otherwise the rest was perfect

Very nice hotel where all the staff are smiling. Beautiful rooms, impeccable reception, very friendly valet available for the beach or the city. The road below is no problem. Magnificent swimming pool and massage for those who need it. The price of the rooms is very reasonable in relation to the service. Great breakfast and perfect meal. The deck offers a magnificent view for a dinner full of memories. .. small remark, the prices of the card are a little exaggerated and for someone who stays several days the offers do not change. The super friendly staff is often overwhelmed. I thank Angélique and Colan. Overall very satisfied and I recommend.

Very nice place still out of season so no real restaurant and little choice at the PDJ

Very beautiful place, charming staff, attentive, attentive. The restaurant has a magnificent view, the breakfast is plentiful and of good quality. The table is of an excellent standard, the price is correct. The rooms are comfortable and pleasant.
