Sunrise Pearl Hotel & Spa

Beautiful hotel! Avraam and Kyriaki are amazing bar staff and a credit to the hotel. The hotel was in beautiful location and I couldn’t find one fault. All the staff are lovely. The buffet food was incredible with a huge choice of different food meeting all dietary needs. I would 100% recommend.

The hotel was immaculate! It is a beautiful hotel, very clean and has amazing views of the beach. In my opinion, this hotel was one of the best looking and in one of the best locations along the beach. The hotel has a lot of facilities including a spa, 6 associated restaurants and 5 pools with access to additional facilities at the sister hotel. The beach has soft sand with many sun beds in front of the hotel. The food quality, range, and volume was fantastic. The staff are very attentive, all were excellent in particular Durga and the food and beverage supervisor. Overall, we had an amazing time and we will definitely be returning.

Had a great time staying here with my 15 year old daughter in the summer. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Food is absolutely amazing, rooms are nice. Hotel is located right on the beach. Couldn't fault it.. Looking forward to going back again in the future.

A lovely hotel with amazing staff who go out of their way to make sure everything goes well on your holiday. Food was excellent and the ability to book dinner at neighbouring restaurants worked really well. Very comfortable beds, linens/ towels changed regularly as required. Well positioned on the beach and close to shops, restaurants and bars. May be there coud be a little more evening entertainment but that is just a personal preference. We Just returned back from a very relaxed holiday at the sunrise pearl I highly recommend this hotel ,the standard of customer service is exceptional with a lovely relaxed atmosphere, they have got the balance of professionalism and friendliness just right on arrival our luggage was taken to the room of the coach by a lovely gentleman,We we’re greeted with glasses of champagne and had sandwiches sent to are rooms without requesting ,the cleanliness is outstanding, the beds are so comfortable and pillows are super soft , I had the best sleep in a long time . As we arrived late I couldn’t see the view , the following morning I awoke at sunrise to the most spectacular view , everyone at this hotel made our stay from the breakfast which was plentiful with an array of delicious selections, the guys making the omelettes . We have stayed in alot of 5 star hotels and I can honestly say there was not one ****** , We are going to book for next year at the same time the same room and I haven’t done that before as we like to go to different places but I can honestly say just got back and feel like I had a proper holiday thank you to everyone , we stayed in room 420 with a sea view , we didn’t do half board but we will the next time as food looked great, very close to shops, bars and restaurants and right on the beach , thank you for a wonderful stay .

This hotel deserves its 5 rating and Travellers Choice 2023! It’s perfect on every front . Firstly there’s no early morning sun bed fights as you get allocated your beds for the whole of your stay with one move allowed. To be fair any location is great - there’s no bad positions at all because it’s a beautifully peaceful hotel but still with atmosphere. For a busier and more lively feel you have access to Sunrise Beach next door but we were so happy with the exclusive feel of Sunrise Pearl. We have a shared private pool room and it’s was just amazing and perfect with stunning views. The staff in every area were friendly and welcoming - made us feel so happy and nothing was too much trouble. Location was amazing, you felt like you were in an exclusive hotel and then one side was the most beautiful beach and clear turquoise waters where you can see colourful fish swimming around you and the other side was the hustle and bustle of Protaras ***** which had all you needed for supplies , souvenirs , bars , food if you wanted it . There is a dine around for half board but also the buffet was just amazing too - no queuing in a canteen style restaurant. It felt exclusive too but with a great choice of food. We met the hotel manager of both hotels in a Management Cocktail party we were invited to - such a great understanding of his customers needs , hence why this is now the best European hotel we have ever stayed in , and we’ve stayed in some great hotels. We will definitely be back ! Thank you for an amazing stay.

From walking in to the hotel to sadly having to leave nothing was to much trouble. Great Reception staff , nothing to much trouble. Hotel in a great position , the rooms are excellent and kept spotless , the staff in all areas cannot do enough to make your holiday great , and the food both in the hotel and dine out options is excellent. Sunbeds allocated on arrival for duration of your holiday and if you do not get exactly where you want to be usually sorted in a couple of days. Looking forward to returning in June and September 2024

We have just returned from an 11 night stay at this hotel. On arrival, we was welcomed by the lovely reception staff. Our cases were taken to our room whilst we was able to relax with a welcome drink. The hotel is kept very clean, including our rooms that were cleaned to high standard daily. The staff in this hotel are extremely friendly and polite. They go the extra mile to make your stay very comfortable. The allocation of sun beds is brilliant. No racing down to claim a sun bed at ridiculously early times in the morning. There are some lovely touches provided i.e cool cloths provided around the pool and a lovely small bowl of fresh fruit. There is an evening service and if you require anything, such as fresh towels, these will be provided. The hotel is beachfront and next to all the bars and restaurants on the *****. Once our door was closed in our room, we didn’t hear a thing from the ***** or other guests staying in the hotel. It was very peaceful indeed. The staff are definitely what make this hotel so wonderful. I would like to thank all of them for making our holiday so amazing. We are booked to stay at the sister hotel next door for next year but I will definitely return to this hotel in the near future. Up to now, this is the best hotel that we have stayed in at Protaras.
