We booked the hotel spontaneously on the day of arrival. We phoned the hotel and checked in about 5pm. The staff we altogether very friendly, professional and helpful. We were given an upgrade to a very nice room with balcony and full sea view. The Hotel Manager, Reception staff and breakfast room staff were particularly good and made us very welcome. We shall definitely return.

We visited in April, mother & daughter, early in the season. The hotel is a real find. Lovely reception area with really helpful staff. Very clean. Rooms are typical hotel rooms, clean and bright. Quiet too. Pool area is immaculate, with lovely staff in the restaurant and pool bar. We were B&B and the breakfast selection was huge and fresh. The hotel is right on the beach and also the walkway along the front. As we are early in the season not much was open on the ‘*****’ and we had a mixture of all weather. Would highly recommend the Hotel. (Ps pool towels are provided from the spa)

Really nice hotel with amazing views , the staff very helpful and friendly especially on reception and the girl at the pool bar , lovely breakfast with everything you could ask for. We have been before and definitely will be going back in the future.

Really enjoyed this second stay at this superb beach front in Protaras. Once again the staff were so freindly and helpful from start to finish. In particular Carmen on reception, Aura in the Veranda Italian, Petros, Dylan and Stelios superb waiters...so polite and made us most welcome and of course a stay is not complete here without the lovely Mariana behind the poolside bar! Stunning views. Clean room. Food was lovely and breakfast by the beach every day. Only thing I will say is the pool water is very cold but I think that's in general for Cyprus in Greece. Climate was nice in October 28 degrees on average but dark at 6pm, still a cocktail then served by the lovely George is always enjoyed as the sun sets! Wishing all the staff at this hotel a great season for 2024! Happy memories!

Fantastic place, amazing hotel. A piece of Heaven on Earth. Bueatiful location, beach and sea. Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Many thanks to Skevi from the Reception. The food was very delicious (we stayed HB). Relaxing SPA, thank you so much Anastasia for all consultations and support, Barbara and Daniela for amazing massages. This is the place where you want to return. And we will definitely return here next year.

We had our honeymoon here in June 23 absolutely amazing hotel people are very friendly happy go luvmcky marianne at the pool bar was so lovely happy and lively fantastic at making you the perfect cocktail to sip by the pool stellios the md at the restaurant very funny and lives a laugh kirsty also amazing always smiling beautiful anastasia and her team at the spa all wonderful defo recommend a massage I actually floated out of there sooo relaxing .rooms are very clean cleaning staff fab food is fine especially desserts.nit much entertainment but you have the protaras ***** 2mins away plenty of bars eateries etc.beacges are amazing. Hotel is beach front ,we met some amazing people Cyprus is an amazing place we loved it so much we have booked to go back this year for our wedding anniversary .If you want a great holiday with all the trimmings then wat you waiting for .Mr&Mrs Buckley xxx

Best experience ever at Aegeo spa of the Hotel. The welcoming of Anastasia at the desk and her smile made our day! We had a couple full treatment+ massage. So relaxing so enjoying, so professional. We will come back. Thank you all the ladies there.

I had the best experience with my wife at the spa! We had the couple massage with Marta and Theodora, the were so professional, we enjoy it so much! All the ladies on the spa so positive, smiling and they take care of you with the best way! Thank you all of you! We will be back!
