Nice experience and amazing place

We had a wonderful time. The hotel is lovely, very clean, great pool area, comfy beds and sea views from most areas. There is a nice quiet beach a 2 minute walk away, and a larger beach a 20 minute walk away via a nature trail. The staff at Atlantica Aqua Blue really made our stay extra special; everyone was so friendly, taking the time to get to know us, and we felt very well looked after particularly by the restaurant and bar staff (special thanks to Andreas, Petros and your teams). Thank you for a wonderful holiday, we hope we can come again!

I can only give this hotel an excellent review if it had not been for the staff who went above and beyond to help me I would have been lost. After 3 days of our holiday my husband became ill and was admitted to Intensive care in Famagusta with pneumonia and heart failure. My husband was so worried about me as to how i would cope . Justine who is receptionist was amazing she told me not to worry she would speak to the management about staying at the hotel after our check out date which she did resulting in me being able to stay in the same room. Justine helped me with telephone calls speaking to doctors for clear interpretation and so much more she was exceptional, so caring. The hotel is very modern and clean. We had a sea view room overlooking the swimming pool. The room was very spacious dressing gown slippers and a large balcony which had 2 sunbeds 2 deckchairs and table with 2 chairs. It was so nice to relax on the sunbeds I would definitely recommend these rooms. We could then go down to the pool and we never had problem finding a sunbed near the pool bar where I could relax with a much needed cocktail before visiting my husband in hospital. The restaurant served a variation of food hot and cold. The staff here work so hard always cleaning tables quickly but still always had a smile. I spent several days on my own for lunch & dinner. Andreas always had time for people even though he was so busy. The only improvement would be the white wine in the restaurant it was fine but not the same as in the bars I could not drink it . The pool bar was great for take aways I often had the Caesar or feta salad light for a lunch time. Well worth booking is the Koukounari restaurant which is at the end of the pool this can be booked for one visit with all inclusive, lovely meal just don't order the wine I had Prosecco which is fine. The beach is worth a visit and can be accessed at the bottom of the hotel. I walked from the church along the pathway where I saw several coves sea very blue you could even see a turtle. Buses very good run every 15 mins you can go to Protaras for €1.50 or the other way to Aya Napa.... if you turn left from the hotel you will find a restaurant that has Greek food its called Kafkarros unfortunately due to circumstances we never went there. We went to the hotel as it was our 50th Wedding Anniversary it was so lovely that we were greeted in our room with cake and prosseco this was arranged via our travel agent and arranged by Olha Guest relations who also made sure I had everything I needed. I loved the water fountains which were on every floor so you can refill bottles. It would have been nice to have visited the Sky Bar for a little more quietness as the lounge bar was very noisy although, I feel this should be part of all inclusive. But overall yes I would recommend this hotel

Happy fellows in lobbybar (Effie & Petros), polite and always ready for serving you! Also the master of dining room was excellent and calm in every time, we enjoy a lot of this trip😀 The hotel personnel was all marvelous and lovely so we wish to see you again!

Travelled here at the beginning of may on my first ever solo trip. On arrival staff very friendly and helpful and was shown to my room. I was staying in a superior ground floor room with pool view. Room had plenty of space a lots of storage, modern very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Slippers and bathrobe were provided. I stayed all inclusive and the selection of drinks were good! I would recommend you bring a reusable plastic cup for the day time as drinks are served in paper cups. Food was good buffet was not the biggest but plenty of choice. Breakfast was the best. I didn’t eat at the restaurant at dinner time so can’t comment on that. I did eat from the snack bar order your food at the pool bar and take your ticket round to the side and hand it to the cook and it is freshly made to order. Good selection from sandwiches, wraps, burgers, gyros children’s meals etc really nice. Pool area was big I didn’t struggle for a sunbed. Pool towels are provided at this hotel. The best seats were close to the restaurant for me as the splash park spray drifted over occasionally and gave you a nice little cool down. I left the resort numerous times about 20 minute stroll into Protaras centre. Cavo Greco national park and Konnos beach about the same distance. Numerous beaches close to the hotel lovely and clean. The area is beautiful! The bus stop for both Ayia Napa and Protaras are about 100m walk from the hotel entrance. I did the adults vip med 2 catamaran trip also well worth the money and the experience! Staff here work very hard and are so friendly I would recommend that you tip where possible because they deserve it. Also I didn’t see any mosquitoes and I usually get eaten alive but that could be because of the time of year. I would 100% return and recommend this hotel. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

What a wonderful hotel! It was spotlessly clean, staff were lovely (especially Petros and Effie in the lobby bar).. the barman (bald one) down by the pool was quite rude and caught him making fun of my accent (from Wales) which made me not want to go up to the bar whilst he was there. But other than that I cannot fault this hotel, it was perfect for the kids and we will definitely come back!

Nice hotel , OK food & drinks for all inclusive. Pool area seemed smaller than pictures implied. Busy around pool so imagine will be heaving in high season . Book the Elias restaurant at the hotel as early as you can as gets fully booked. Surrounding beaches are fabulous. A nice walk to Konnas beach or catch the bus which is super convenient & frequent. A short stroll to Mimosa Beach. Protaras not worth visiting unless you like resort *****s, high rise hotels & a British feel. We'll try Pissouri next to find some local Cypriot charm & ambience

Great week, the staff were really friendly,from front desk girls to Petros & Effie in the lobby bar who were good for a laugh,helpful and always suggesting a cocktail to try.pool bar staff and especially the dining staff. Rooms were immaculate. All the food was great with plenty of choice.great pool and 1 of the most comfiest beds I,ve stayed in. Definitely come back in the future. Any slight issues we had was dealt with straight away by Samantha the guest liason officer. Only slight was the roof bar couldn't open due to weather and high winds but an excuse to return later in the year.
