The room amenities were just the bare minimum: no fridge and not even any cups. This was quite a surprise.

The staff was very friendly, and the place was very clean and safe. However, there was no hair towel or coffee maker in the room. Everything else was a 7 out of 10.

My time in Dali sparkled like the myriad stars scattered along Erhai Lake, and Dali Yunji No.1 Hotel undoubtedly shone as the brightest among them ✨. Stepping into the hotel, its unique ambiance unfolded before my eyes like a beautiful scroll painting. Every piece of decor and every green plant seemed imbued with life, perfectly blending with the poetic natural beauty of Dali. Here, I must give a special mention to Butler Lily. She was like the vibrant heart of this poetic setting, her meticulous and thoughtful service orchestrating a truly warm and comforting experience. From the considerate guidance during check-in to her genuine recommendations throughout our trip, she always greeted us with a radiant, sunshine-like smile, putting our hearts completely at ease. Thanks to Butler Lily, Yunji No.1 Hotel truly became the cherished sanctuary for my most beautiful memories in Dali. I wholeheartedly recommend it to every traveler yearning for the magic of Dali! All rooms on every floor directly face a busy main road. The noise at night was unbearable, making sleep very difficult. Additionally, there were many homeless people in the surrounding area.
