Unique location full of charme in a isolated place but 15 min drive from Gubbio . Confortable. Nice pool. Good breakfast

Wonderful castle hotel in Umbria. Beautiful room, facilities, staff were amazing. Such a peaceful, idyllic location for easy day trips to surrounding sites. Really good restaurant.

Great place to relax and unwind. The restaurant was above average with a great wine selection. And it’s very close to beautiful Gubbio.

We stayed for one night at this beautiful location. We also made a reservation for the restaurant that evening. We called one day beforehand to confirm our reservation. Upon arrival the reception didn't know about this, so we asked again. When entering the restaurant, they also didn't know about it. This already were signs that the organisation isn't structured and communication between departments is poor. The food was disappointing. The tagiatelli with ragu tasted like it was made a few days ago and heated up again; a shame for an Italian restaurant if you ask me. After the horrible Primi, we decided not to take a Secundi or dessert. Other guests also did not seem too happy about their food. However, it wasn't that expensive, so expectations can't be that high. The staff from the spa and welness arrived at 6:30AM. I can tell because they were loudly chatting in the courtyard of the castle. The cleaning ladies decided to make sure everyone was waken up by talking in the corridors at 8AM. To wrap it up: beautiful location, horrible service and disappointing food. Looking at previous comments, on which we decided to book this hotel, my guess is that it has been taken over or that the place lost its glory.

Fantstic place. Really serviceminded staff. At first we got a bit old-smelly room. They were so sorry and immediately we good a new very nice room. Nice pool-area, very good restaurant, very nice livingroom with a bar to sit in after dinner. Stunning view. Close to Gubbio, a must-go.

Posto favoloso !! Ho pernottato due notti in una stupenda camera... e ho mangiato nel ristorante .... Luogo meraviglioso e ottima cucina Servizio impeccabile! Una persona su tutte è Gaia che "risolvetutteleproblematichechepossonocapitare".... Senza dubbio da tornarci...

Siamo stati molto bene. Personale molto cordiale. Menù per la cena buono ed abbondante. Camera accogliente e molto bello l accesso diretto alla torre. Unica pecca la brandina messa come terzo letto sulla quale mio figlio non ha voluto dormire perché troppo scomoda. In ogni caso esperienza da provare.
