Best Western Plus Provo University Inn

Provo itself is not big, so there is nothing around, there is a fast food restaurant when you eat, and the hotel itself can provide food. It’s quite close to John John’s University and it’s quite good. There is a little blonde girl at the front desk who looks good and has been to Chengdu, Shanghai, China.

SpringHill Suites Provo

I have stayed at this Springhill Suites multiple times over the last four years. Pre COVID the rooms were cleaned daily, hot breakfast (decent assortment), WiFi, etc. I stayed twice during covid, but I knew they were not cleaning rooms or serving breakfast. Now I feel like the owner is taking too many cost cutting measures to the detriment of the traveler. A lot of hotels have gone back to cleaning rooms and serving hot breakfast. The rooms are not cleaned unless requested. Breakfast is some boxed cereal, pre-packaged quiche or some sort of bagel with what looks like an egg and a piece of cheese and yogurt. If you run out of anything in your room you either have to call and request it or walk down to the front desk. I quit making coffee in the room, instead I walked down and got some out from the breakfast area. Need new towels, you have to go and get them. These all seem menial. but you start to notice these type of items and realize what you are paying stayed the same but the ”extras” are not there. The ice maker on the second floor was not working. The door to the pool wasn't working. Even the TV remotes are horrible, you literally have to press the buttons 3-4 times to change the channel or volume. I didn't even bother signing into Netflix the remote is trash. I have no idea what has happened to the WiFi, maybe it was our room, but the WiFi is terrible. It would cut in and out all of the time and the speed is terrible. Next time I am in Provo I will find a different hotel.

Good quality and cheap, large swimming pool, water depth is 160 meters. To 9 pm. A steak house with the hotel, tastes good, the price is reasonable, it is recommended
Sleep Inn Provo Near University

A clean and convenient hotel, the speed will come soon. Express hotels in the United States are generally cleaner than domestic ones, and the interiors of the rooms are also better. The dining area on the first floor of the breakfast is very small and has a small location, but you can get it in the dining area on the second floor. You can also see a lot of guests taking it back to the room. There are a lot of children to stay in, and there are several kinds of children. There is an indoor small pool with a water depth of 1.2 to 1.5 meters. Children play Hi. There is also a hot pool next to the pool. After swimming, you can enjoy a hot water bath. From the Grand Canyon all the way, it was too late, too lazy to go out for food, and found that the room had a microwave oven was a big surprise.

This hotel is amazing! However, one particular employee, Robin Sterling Estrada, goes out of her way to make it feel like home away from home! She keeps the food area clean and well presented! In all of our travels, we have never had a better breakfast buffet with such an interesting variety of items. Robin takes pride in what she does and what she does is done with the warmest smile! She greets everyone and engages with everyone as if she is part of the family. I don't believe that anyone is a stranger to her. I took my daughter to Provo to attend a program and after I flew home, Robin was kind enough to check in on her and make her feel loved! We only knew each other for a few hours when she kindly offered to do this1 Robin is definitely an asset to the Marriot organization but more importantly to the guests!
