Aspenwood Manor South

Great location, beautifully appointed property. Convenient & clean. Good value and excellent space. Only complaints: Bed mattress was really hot and the bar soap was like chalk.

Mattress was worn out and I woke up with a sore back. The love seat is quite shabby and needs to be replaced.

This is a great property, located just a block or so from downtown Provo. Easy to get in and out, very quiet, and much less expensive than the local hotels which are always crowded and noisy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I loved the kitchen. There was plenty of room to stretch out and relax.

Fabulous visit This was my second time staying here and once again it was awesome. I love how they have taken an older house and made it into a fun and comfy place to stay at. The kitchen was great, the bathroom was great and the bed was comfy.

They made everything super easy for checking and checking out. I loved the little supply basket, specifically the travel kit. Had a wardrobe malfunction and the sewing kit came in really handy. Thank you!!

Fabulous stay We enjoyed our stay. Our suite had all of the amenities that we needed. The kitchenette was just the right size and the living room area was nice to relax in as well. The area of town was fabulous, the house was restored beautifully and we would definitely come back to try out a different room.

This is a restored older home which was professionally restored with homey touches. Very inviting and comfortable.

One of the most inviting & comfortable places to stay! Already booked a trip back!
