臟亂差，衞生間還有煙頭，發黃爛掉的浴巾，辦入住也不知道錄車牌，每次開車回來按喇叭前台也聽不見，每次還得打電話抬桿，住過最差的酒店，沒有之一。

房間很好，乾淨、衞生，窗外還可以看到遠山的景色，室內裝修設計古樸典雅、住在這裏很放鬆，我每天都睡得很好，可能是心情舒暢放鬆的緣故，睡眠比在家裡強多了。熱情的服務員還推薦了附近的一家普洱味道的餐館，叫左味園，離酒店很近，他家的竹筍煮雞特別鮮美、竹筍是特別新鮮剛從山上掰來的，雞是鄉下的純正普洱土雞，在城裡吃不到這麼好吃的土雞湯；左味園還有很多當地的菜，味道都特別好，還有葱炒土豆特別愛；涼拌菜心、油炸排骨、油炸乾巴、白菜雞蛋麪皮湯、還有好多是當地的特色野菜，味道都太好啦！吃了一頓後來都在她家吃了，老闆娘人很好，看我們點多了菜還告訴我們不要點啦不然就吃不完啦！這樣的老闆娘真的超讚！

枕頭臟的不行，讓他們換一個，一個披頭散髮的大姐敲門説他們家的枕頭都那樣。還有他們家配了衣架，但是沒有掛衣服的地方，衣架都放在地上。

這個酒店太差勁了，網上面寫的高檔，實際就是普通酒店。寫的有桑拿，到了酒店一問説幾年前就關閉了，不知道是平台的原因還是怎麼回事，這樣騙人。酒店性價比不高，各方麪條件都很一般

酒店設施陳舊；環境一般；前台服務態度不好；很差勁；混吃等死的人；最重要的是，説好的開電子發票；結果客人走後就不再搭理了；連續打了5次電話；5次都説核實一下；核實過後再也沒有下文；純粹忽悠客人，此酒店拉入黑名單，再也不會選擇；
