My experience staying in this hotel room was outstanding and here is what I have to say highly about it: First of all, the comfort of this hotel room was outstanding. The bed was soft and comfortable, giving me a good sleeping environment. The design and layout of the room are reasonable, providing enough space for me to relax, and the sound insulation effect of the room is also very good, so I can enjoy a peaceful rest environment. Secondly, the cleanliness of this hotel room is very good. The room was kept clean and tidy, the sheets and towels were fresh and there was no odor. I especially appreciated the sanitary products provided by the hotel. They were of high quality and made me feel comfortable and reassured. All in all, this hotel room provided an extremely pleasant and comfortable stay. I was very happy with everything about it and would without a doubt highly recommend this hotel to others.

It is completely for business needs. One hour before boarding at Pu'er Simao Airport, I need to find a place that is absolutely quiet, has a smooth network, is close to the airport, and has a reasonable price to hold a video conference. After excluding cafes and restaurants, hourly rooms are the best choice. And Chaolin Hotel is the best among the best! The environment is elegant and not noisy. Just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, there are many choices for food in the Sunshine Community. The room network speed is very fast, and the video conference is not stuck at all. Housekeeping also brought fruit, and the tea, coffee, and water in the room were free to use. Finally, the young lady at the front desk also called the security guard to drive us to the airport for free. I was a little flattered. Although the hotel is really close to the airport, the downtown area of Pu'er is basically no more than 20 minutes away. Although the security eldest brother from Harbin has always said that it doesn’t matter if we are a regular guest, although we are just ordinary guests in the hourly room, we can see what we know, a comfortable hotel. The service is done in this way, and the price/performance ratio is so beautiful, I have to make a few words to thank the hotel colleagues before waiting for the plane to take off!

Nice Hotel on the 5th (top) floor. Very nice and helpful reception. The hotel even offered a shuttle service to the train station on our departure day. The hotel is jus a short stroll away from a large food and bar area with everything to enjoy the evening. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. We had a room with terrace to the water side which was quite nice. But be aware that your opposing neighbors will look straight into your full room. So if taking a bath, showering or whatever, close the curtains or allow sneak peeks... The overall breakfast quality was good. Fresh fruit, toast and coffee plus a higher quality standard chinese assortment. Sadly however, not even close to the picture promise. All in all, I would come back again if I planned another stay in Pu'er :)

I traveled with my girlfriends and booked two rooms, the hotel rooms are quiet, the facilities are complete, the sanitation score is full, and the waiters and staff are very enthusiastic! The hotel is also very convenient for eating and has a variety of choices. Parking is free, just in front of the hotel. There is also a parking lot behind the hotel. All hotel staff will take the initiative to greet you, very polite, handing things to you with both hands, the service is sincere and makes people feel good. Free unlimited fruits in the reception lobby, unlimited mineral water in the aisles on the floors. The room is equipped with raw Pu'er tea and cooked tea and coffee, which are not cheap. The room is also equipped with a small refrigerator, and the drinks in it are free. The breakfast is free and rich in variety, with Chinese, Western and Japanese flavors, and there is also a free night meal in the evening, which tastes very good. Strongly recommend staying. During our stay, some of us were not feeling well. Chen Chunluo, the hotel manager on duty that night, escorted us to the hospital immediately, and she paid for the taxi and registration fees by herself. We would not charge her afterwards, saying that she should do it. The front desk staff also helped to comfort, and the hotel's vice president Liu kept sending messages to inquire about the situation. I am very grateful for the concern of the hotel staff. It is a warm, enthusiastic and professional hotel! Will definitely stay in Pu'er next time.

挺好的酒店，停車方便，吃飯附近有個農莊，不過沒去，去了點評的那個當地特色，味道不錯。酒店水熱，床舒適，無異味，滿足了基本需求，有陽台能走出去，挺棒的～ 那邊的雲特別誇張～ 那柯里村不錯，南往北的高速服務區，可以直接停車，然後下去玩，不用提前下高速走小路，兩種選擇。而且簡單吃的，村口炒個粉啥的，消費不高，裏面點菜除外哈。 有機會再來～
