"My car stalled on the highway, and I had to be towed to the nearest repair shop, Pucheng. Since parts needed to be ordered and would take an extra day, I had to stay nearby. This hotel had convenient amenities and was easy to hail a taxi. My impression of Vienna Hotels was still stuck in the past; I thought it was an older hotel. I was surprised to find that the newly opened one already had a high level of smart technology – the toilet had automatic flushing and heating. It was convenient and good value for money for a short stay. Most importantly, it was pet-friendly. I was worried about not finding a place that allowed cats, but a quick check revealed it was. The deposit was 300 RMB, and it was refunded in full after the room was undamaged. There was no cleaning fee, which was fantastic! My cat slept soundly on the sofa. The main street was a bit noisy during the day, but very quiet at night. However, the soundproofing between adjacent rooms was terrible. I was woken up before 6 am by the TV automatically turning on next door… very annoying 😫 The buffet breakfast was clean and had a wide variety of choices, especially the noodles – they were delicious! The receptionist was very patient. The first two rooms had an unpleasant odor, and I requested a change twice. A young lady also helped me with my cat's things. Thank you! ☺️"

"The hotel is very clean, it should be renovated, better than expected! Originally booked without breakfast, the hotel sent breakfast again, and the breakfast was very rich, the variety was complete, it was great, and I would have the opportunity to come to Pucheng in the future and stay here!"

The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm and comfortable, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and it made people sleep well all night. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the toiletries are of good quality. The service staff was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out procedures were fast and efficient, and responsive. The breakfast is rich in variety, the ingredients are fresh and the taste is great. Very good value for money, will choose to stay next time."

"The room is very spacious. It feels like more than 22m! I was a little worried about the smell of smoking rooms, but our room didn't smell of smoke. The decoration is a bit old, but it's ok.
