Very highly recommended, particularly for those weary travellers who would rather set up camp within a stone's throw of the bus terminal ... and close to a most delectable food market! The hotel boasts several elegant and ample lounges on different floors where the guest can sit with his companions for a chat, do some reading, catch up to his diary, or just idle away in quiet and immaculate surroundings. There are a number of lifts servicing the hotel's five storeys, if one does not wish to unwind the winding staircases. Room-door and room-lighting are operated by means of a card-key, and the sober en-suite rooms come complete with a coffee-making machine, telephone for FREE calls, wi-fi, bottled water, coffee & sugar, bathroom amenity kit, all courtesy of the house. You will find Mr Paul at the reception desk, and Mr Eduardo, extremely pleasant, polite and accommodating gentlemen. You will not even have to take your luggage upstairs! Ask for a room overlooking the mighty Mt Popocatepetl, the city's smoking active volcano! Un magnifico lugar, y mas aun para aquellos viajeros que deseen estar a un paso de la terminal de autobuses, ... y a dos pasos de un mercado con la mas deliciosa cocina Mexicana! Este gran hotel cuenta con multiples salones en varios pisos, comodos, elegantes, espaciosos e inmaculadamente limpios, donde el huesped puede sent**** a leer en paz, charlar con amigos, escribir su diario de viaje, o simplemente relaj****. Tambien hay varios ascensores para ascender y descender los cinco pisos. Tanto la puerta de la habitacion como sus luces son accionados por tarjeta (en vez de llaves), y las sobrias habitaciones incluyen cafetero, telefono (las llamadas son gratuitas), agua embotellada, wi-fi, una bandejita de amenidades para el bano, cafe, azucar, todo cortesia de la casa. Varias habitaciones tienen vista directa sobre el humeante volcan Popocatepetl, icono de la ciudad! Paul, encargado de la recepcion, y Eduardo, ambos de disposicion muy gentil y profesional, hacen de la estadia una muy grata experiencia.

Stunning property and the room was probably one of the most unique and beautiful rooms I've ever stayed in. We were in awe of our bathroom and level of detail in our room and throughout the property, super impressive. Our breakfast at the restaurant was just okay, the coffee was served lukewarm and the dishes we okay, not stellar especially given the price point. Staff was nice, however, my chief complaint is that they were less than flexible seemingly because we booked through Expedia. We were traveling with our two young children arriving off a red eye flight, I requested an early check and when they noticed I booked through a third party site, confirmed it twice and followed that by stating they would not be able to accommodate the request. The hotel was completely desolate, we sat in the un-airconditioned lobby for 3 hours until our tour was scheduled and literally saw two other guests the entire time. The dining room was completely empty as well so it was not a function of having a fully booked property the evening before. I guess my recommendation is to NOT book through a third party site should you have any special requests.

In family we decided to reach a hotel that had everything and so was our hostel in the Hotel quiet rooms with everything necessary to have comfort ( check change of type bedroom) The hotel has a very safe parking, a very friendly service in the reception area that supports us with the change of type bed in the 2 rooms. We have the right to continental breakfast with the option of choosing the buffet with a extra cost worth this very rich, recommending that you be hotel for quiet and secure location

There is no advantage of being a party rewards vs client to experiences in other hotels in the chain, the room gives the feeling of being clean and the climate is not cool all well, the internet is bad and I prefer to use the own and the hostel is not available

TERRIBLE SERVICIO E IRRESPETUOSOS ! y ni se te ocurra cancelar porque no te regresan ningún porcentaje de tu dinero ! Les platico ……. Agende para un cliente a inicios de febrero y en ese mismo mes mi cliente sufre un accidente y le programaron cirugía de Columna para los días de la reserva que eran hasta mediados de marzo , en cuanto me aviso mi cliente llame al hotel para cancelar en el mismo mes de febrero y con un mes de anticipación de la reserva, me comuniqué con la gerente, una srita que se dice llamar rizos divinos en Watts app … cero profesional con un trato déspota me dice que no me puede devolver ni siquiera un porcentaje del dinero siendo que cancele un mes antes de la reserva y en el mismo mes de esta , me contesta que por fecha y hora no se puede cancelar siendo que les avise con un mes de anticipación también me dijo que el dinero se quedaba como saldo a favor del hotel , me acuso en falso diciéndome que yo cancelaba hoteles a propósito muy irrespetuosa la gerente , por otro lado me pidió que le emitiera una factura como requisito para ver … si es que me podían regresar algo a pesar de que cancele en tiempo y forma y nunca utilicé sus servicios …. Si no desean pasar un mal rato no agenden aquí . De hotel boutique al menos en el trato no tiene nada .
