Staff was nice and hospitable. However, the wifi stopped working 2 days into our stay and we were left with no wifi whatsoever. The staff kept saying 20 minutes more repetedly however, we didn't have any wifi till the end of our stay.

Good service and location, great environment. But it's waird there's no refrigerator....

It's a so quite and nice place to live, and easy to go surrounding area.

I made a reservation with a pet, mentions contacting the hotel for the cost, I contacted them and they mentioned a cost of 480 per pet's stay and upon arrival they charged 350 per night, they did not respect the information provided by phone, the young lady who attended was at night on Thursday and mentioned that the policies are different in the application than in the hotel and that it was the only way they would accept the pet, in the restaurant, good service from the staff, specifically Mr. Marcelino who is the afternoon shift, provided guidance and access to your treatment, it is a pity that the portions are very small for the cost, and they have very good seasoning, the pet could only walk in the room and green area, being a pet-friendly hotel, they did not allow it in all its facilities, the gym only has dumbbells, a treadmill, and a stationary bike, a very good place to stay but it definitely has to improve its policies, the treatment of its reception staff, and fully implement pet-friendly.

Inés la tercera ocasión que nos quedamos con ustedes y siempre la hemos pasado muy bien.Su ubicación es muy buena, nos ha quedado muy cerca de los lugares a los que hemos ido. Angelopolis está muy cerca y la atención del personal muy buena.
