I spent four nights at this hotel in August of this year-2022-and it was a very pleasant experience.Check-in was handled speedily and in this regard I want to pay tribute to Cathy at reception who was always pleasant,helpful and polite.The room was large,clean and very comfortable and was serviced daily.Meals were served downstairs in the dining room and service was prompt.The meals were good value.Overall the staff were friendly and helpful and I want to make special mention of Cruz....This is a lovely place to stay....clean,comfortable and convenient...Highly recommended...Worth a return visit.

Llamé al hotel para hacer una consulta sencilla sobre los métodos de pago aceptados, específicamente si podía utilizar cierto tipo de tarjeta. Lamentablemente, la persona que atendió la llamada no solo no me dio una respuesta clara, sino que repitió varias veces “¿Qué?” sin mostrar disposición para ayudar. Finalmente, me colgaron sin responder a mi pregunta. Esta experiencia telefónica fue decepcionante y me hace cuestionar el nivel de atención al cliente que se ofrece. Espero que puedan mejorar en este aspecto, ya que una buena atención comienza desde el primer contacto.
