Excellent hotel, dishonest cleaners
The hotel was well located, clean, and had excellent wifi. Great service as well. However, I had 3000 pesos cash stolen from my room during my stay, presumably by cleaning staff.

The place has an amazing location but the internet was horrible, we have to go outside of the room to catch signal and the aspect of the washroom was not the best.

Theater und Kongresszentrum sind fußläufig erreichbar (sehr praktisch). Ein gutes Angebot, egal ob Sie privat oder geschäftlich in der Stadt sind. Schlichte Zimmer, aber sehr gemütlich und entspannend. Der entspannende Stil hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Aplicacion con informacion FALSA del hotel
El hotel agradable, cerca del zocalo de Puebla.
En la aplicacion de hoteles.com mencionaba estacionamiento disponible en los servicios ofrecidos por el hotel y en el momento de registrarnos nos dicen que ellos no tienen ese servicio, se les mostro la informacion de la aplicacion y dijeron qur esa knformacion mo es de ellos y que no se hacian responsables. Tuve que pagar 250 pesos en un estacionamiento publico.
