Comfort Inn Puebla Centro Histórico

Horrible stench from the drains in the bathroom area that permeated the entire room. It was 50F/10C at night and there was no option for heat and when we called the desk to ask if there were heaters we were told no and not offered extra blankets. I had to sleep in my coat and jeans to stay warm. The bar was directly below our room and had pounding music until midnight on a Thursday. At 6 am the guests in the next room started their day while we were trying to continue to sleep and it was so loud it sounded like they were inside our room. We could hear their entire conversations, banging doors, suitcases opening. We attempted to use the little coffee machine to heat up hot water for tea in the morning using our own bottled water the water came out brown and mucky. It was then we noted the water chamber hadn’t been cleaned. No response from the management regarding our terrible experience.
