The location is excellent, the owner responsive, and the unit was good sized, but that's about all I can say that is positive. The building is older and worn. In our unit there were holes in the screens, poor quality pans, broken kitchen chair, terrible tripping hazards with the raised area in the closet you must walk through to bet to the bathroom and the raised kitchen area. The shower head if fixed and sprays about 18-24 inches outside of the shower onto the bathroom floor. The bed is hard and the pillows awful! Also, the building is very hot - the unit air conditioner can only be on when you are in the unit - there is no way to cool the unit down while you are out to dinner in order to be able to sleep. Also, with the high ceiling in the unit, it took over night to drop the temperature only two degrees from where we started. It might help if the central entry area was cooled. The large vaulted entry area makes it very noisy - you can hear other coming and going and talking there when you are in the unit. Do not recommend. :-(
