We stayed at this hotel on May 5, 2024 through our travel agency's reservation. When we arrived there was no one at the reception. We asked the bar downstairs what to do and after a while the bar manager (not a hotel employee) arrived and showed us the rooms on the top floor. I assure you that carrying the suitcases up there was no joke. Narrow and uncomfortable stairs. We had booked 3 rooms. The rooms were dirty, the floor was not washed, beds with hair and our bathroom had hair in the shower and no towels. It was clear that the rooms had not been cleaned... In the bedroom there was a bed and a table not even a chair. It was not possible to make it dark because the curtains were broken. At this point I called our agency who proceeded to call the owner. Since in the meantime it had become night and we could not immediately change hotels, we asked that they at least change the sheets. The next day we were transferred to another hotel (Hotel Solymar) where we had a great time. I was happy to have an agency that took care of this problem without wasting our money and time.
