Hotel Blue Sea Interpalace

We visited here in July 2019 and I forgot to place a review. The hotel itself was partway through a renovation with half of the rooms modernised we stayed in one of the older rooms however this did not bother us. The food was always varied. The entertainment team, especially Adey Perez, was absoloutly amazing. Welcomed us all and entertained us throughout the week. The evening entertainment was also good. The drinks however were a strange one, you had to create your own and top the alcohol used up with machine syrups or pull yourself beer. Great stay all round

Stayed at the blue sea interpalace hotel, got to say can't fault it, we went to all 3 hotels and was very happy with them all, was very clean, staff were friendly and polite, food I was say was edible but not to everyone's taste, would recommend.

Reception area nice and bright so look promising. Quick check in but no explanation as to meal times, where pool was, safety deposit box etc Bathroom was not clean but quickly sorted when reported. Bed very comfortable but room quite basic, no kettle or complimentary tea bags, water bottles etc which I would have expected from a four star hotel. Restaurant was ok, not brilliant. Food always just warm and not hot. Self serve drinks at dinner, once again I would have expected a little bit better service. Staff friendly and hard working. Both my husband and I both got sick, virus? Luke warm food? Not sure! Pool area ok. Never ever have had to pay for a plastic cup?? But I suppose it works and prevents wastage. Entertainment was beyond basic! Hotel in general very tired and old, carpets everywhere either need a good clean or replaced. Needs a bit of a facelift in general. Would I go again… definitely not!

We had a 5 night break in this hotel and both me and my wife god food poisoning and had to spend 3 days in bed, the restaurant is like a nice works canteen and the entertainment was shocking, We had to have our room cleaned when we arrived as there was someone's hair all over this place. We are both Irish and I can say this is in no way a 4 star hotel maybe 2 at most.

Hotel was lovely, also very clean and run by very friendly staff. Food was very nice with loads to choose from, all in all I was very happy with my whole holiday. Location was perfect, nice and relaxed atmosphere all around. Will definitely be going back.

Great hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The food was very good with a good selection. We were all inclusive and we found it great value for money.We had a lovely stay in this hotel. We would definitely return.

Was a bit sceptical about this hotel reading other reviews. Well this is what our experience was. Hotel/room spotless. Ate the Breakfast and dinner in Interpalace and lunch in the Bonanza opposite. Food was extremely varied and very tasty. Breakfast included a wide selection of continental breakfast lots of fruit and also fried breakfast. Microwave there if you need to heat it up. Lunch was again varied with fish, pork, chicken. Loads of salad items, fruit cakes, ice cream cheeses etc. Evening meals, there was a Spanish, Italian and Chinese night. Food delicious and dining room busy most days. Entertainment was ok we didn’t partake in it as we didn’t want to. Overall a lovely stay. Don’t be put off in booking this by the reviews.

These reviews did worry before arriving but I think they are dramatic. We arrived at 3:30pm on Thursday the 28th. On arrival we were handed leaflets of excursions given our room card and told the lunch was finished but there were snack at the pool back- which was fine for us. Our room was spotless and nice and airy. The hairdryer didn't work at all and unfortunately we were right next to the lifts so could hear the ding of people going in and out all day and night which sometimes got annoying. At night time there was definitely a lot of noise coming from the other hotels/ bars or peoples balconies but not enough to keep us up all night. The pool area was lovely, nice and clean and plenty of sun beds. The pool was unbearably cold but that's because it's unheated and the sun wasn't hot enough to heat it this time of year. €1 for plastic cups is a fine idea, however, we had ours taken away on the 2nd day at the bar downstairs and when we told the pool bar they told us it's not possible so never got our money back for those cups. The food was not awful but was very repetitive for fussy eaters (lived off pizza, pasta and potato's). After reading the reviews, I was too worried to try the meat as obviously didn't want to get ill so can't comment on that, but me and my friend were not unwell. I did try a sausage on the first morning and it was bright pink inside. The bar situation was a bit odd, you had the pool bar which was open from 10-7pm but the entertainment bar was only open from 7:30-11pm. After 11pm your only option was the rooftop bar on level 7 which was not all inclusive and cost a fortune so we only went twice. The entertainment was crap, we were there for 4 nights and only saw one thing which was a woman singing, or rather trying to sing. Loro Parque which is a 10 min taxi is amazing for everyone, we had the best day and is def worth a visit if you get the chance. Pool towels are experience from the hotel so if you need to buy one, head over to the shops on the opposite side of the road from the hotel about a 2 min walk, the are €4 there. Overall, an okay place to stay, I have def stayed in better but we still had a great time!!

Amazing staff, ultra clean hotel, went all inclusive no bar after 7.00pm, the food was ok, nice presentation, shame that it was not hot and rather bland, pool was freezing. Pay for the safe daily + deposit. Wouldn't advise all inclusive, spent 2 days in bed with food poisoning or norovirus, unsure which as did daughter
