I am extremely upset with this hotel. We booked this hotel based off the amenities available. However, the amenities are rarely open. The pool is only open from 10:00-17:00 which leaves no time to go enjoy excursions and still enjoy the amenities. The mini golf is €10 and is only open for 4.5 hours a day (10:30-13:00 and 15:00-17:00). We were hoping to go enjoy the beaches/hiking/etc during the day and come back and relax around the hotel and enjoy swimming and playing mini golf. But we are not going to be able to enjoy that at all. I would not recommend. I would recommend booking somewhere else where the amenities are more available. I'd also like to add that when we arrived they said their parking lot was full. So we had to park a bit aways and walk to the hotel. This was extremely inconvenient for us as the parking nearby is extremely limited. Also, the food was not good at all. The only good option was the gravy covered turkey. The bread was hard and stale, the fries had been sitting a while, the pizza was way too salty and cold, matter of fact almost all of the hot options were cold so I'm not sure they are on heating trays. We expected more quality and options since we paid €25 per person (€75 total) for just the one dinner. The breakfast was not great either unfortunately. The shower was also covered in limescale with black mold spots along the bottom lining where the door slides. There's also a ton of scuffs and marks all of the walls in the room. I've included some pictures of both below. Additionally, the bedding was dirty we found out after lifting up the pillows. We asked the front desk to have the bedding replaced. Which they did come to replace that night but told us we couldn't have it replaced anymore after that because they didn't have anymore sheets that would fit the bed. The new sheets also had something red crusted on it and when we took the sheets off ourselves we found a ton of stains on the mattress protector. The front desk do not care about any issues and will argue with you and say that they don't need to have the amenities open in the evening just like how the restaurant doesn't need to be open 24/7. When I tried rebutting with people eat at certain times but people do amenities at random times he said it doesn't matter. Ultimately, we were never able to use the amenities even when we made it back to the hotel by 6pm because everything is closed by that time.

I WILL NOT RETURN to this hotel or to the BLUESEA chain. Buy an all-inclusive and they do not specify in any terms and conditions on their page what is excluded, which is basically everything. The coffees are made by automatic machines since the traditional bar coffee makers tell you that they are paid and you cannot Have a carajito de Bayles because it is also paid and they do not have another alternative of cream liqueur or equivalent. All the very bad private label drinks, not to mention the cocktails that are all from the box. (Note that the waiters have earned heaven with what they have to put up with from customer complaints) The buffet food was painful in variety and quality, such as the cleaning of the glasses, which I had to pass them a napkin because they were disgusting. We stayed 10 days and the only fruit there was were bananas apples and oranges. Also say that the snack bar they put hamburgers and hot dogs without any control of the nurseries that people come to do. Very few hammocks for the people there were, since we spent several days without being able to take one. Honestly a lousy warm for a 4 star hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. I have been in other ALL INCLUSIVE and it is nothing like this. I attach photos of the wonderful food at the buffet and the snack bar

1. Low number of parking spaces. Had to park our car far from hotel next to the main road. 2. Food absolutely horrible, I felt like I eating in homeless support area. 3. Room it self is ok'ish but we got one close to kitchen ventilation and we were feeling smell of old frying oil in our room even with closed balcony doors. 5. It's good because it was cheep, but I would not return here again no chance!

We are now enjoying our last night and are desperately looking for dates to return! The staff are lovely, happy and helpful. The facilities are top notch, including a gym and play park. we have been offered activities during the day such as shooting & bowels. The food got a tad repetitive but there was always something available that everyone liked and it was always very tasty! Great family pool and hot tub, and a variety of evening entertainment! I would have liked to see cocktails or mocktails included on the all inclusive and tea/coffee facilities available during tea time. But overall we have had a top notch time and can’t wait to return! 5* from us!

The hotel needs renovation, low standard...especially the rooms. Low quality food, repetitive, poor selection.Even though the employees do a good job.the view from the hotel is nice if you get a room on the right side:)you have a room with a terrace, it looked like an ashtray ... I do not recommend and certainly will not return to this hotel

I came tenerife for my birthday for 5 nights with my daughter. I stayed 6th January until 11th January. It was my 1st time in tenerife so naturally I booked all inclusive. I don't drink alcohol and the food was very limited for vegetarian was only salad, pasta, or chips really. My daughter was bored with food so after 1 day. I had to go out to eat so most my spending money went on food outside the hotel. There are many nice restaurants walking distance from hotel. We arrived on Saturday so the hotel free bus to the shopping centre was not operating at weekend so we walked everywhere. Litrally beautiful views from balcony I paid for balcony view. The hotel is old fashioned the safe key cost €30 and key didn't work I had to go to reception to get it changed eventually maintenance sorted it out. The whole hotel is very clean and staff are helpful. I enjoyed my stay I wouldn't pay for all inclusive as we was out everyday and don't drink alcohol. Also I used the spa and between 12-1.30 kids also can use it at cost. My daughter enjoyed the spa. I had a massage and honestly was worth the money. We found a cockroach in our bedroom and my daughter asked at reception if someone could assist us this was 9pm and a maid came with bug stray she was scared and gave the can to my daughter who killed the cockroach and the maid then threw the cockroach away. Very helpful considering what time it was at night. The beds was comfortable extra long pillows I had no trouble sleeping. I would recommend a visit to the zoo it was amazing we enjoyed the whale and dolphin show. I would recommend u see the botanical gardens short walk away from hotel if u go in the right direction. This hotel is was great and would recommend. Clean hotel, friendly helpful staff. Food limited choice for vegetarians. Only thing was only 1 plug socket to charge phones and no kettle in room. Also u can't get a cup of tea outside breakfast time they switch off the machines so I went out for food and drink a lot.

Overall we had a really lovely time and felt very looked after! The landscape around the hotel is beautiful, it's really lush green with gorgeous plants. The pool is also really pretty and is generally well maintained. We always managed to get a decent sunbed. The room was a little old fashioned but very clean, and the cleaners came round every day to tidy up. The view from our balcony was beautiful and overlooked the pool, the lush green Orotava Valley, and the mountains. The food was varied and cooked very well. The Christmas day lunch was especially amazing and they really went out there way to make it special for everyone! The drinks were decent and they make a really nice Sangria. Xaru, who was one of the bar staff, made us feel very welcome at the upstairs bar and we were really impressed with how fast she served everyone! There's a free bus that takes you into the main town and back to the hotel on weekdays. The walk down into town is about 25 minutes but it's all downhill and a nice stroll. You will probably want to get a taxi back up which is about 7 euros. I'm confused by the negative reviews about the hotel and completely disagree with them. I think people need to have realistic expectations for the amount they are paying. I also think some guests could be a lot nicer to the staff. We witnessed some guests being very rude to members of staff and it was very upsetting to see. If you go to another country you should show some respect, not shout at and abuse the people who live and work there. As a British person myself I felt very embarrassed by the behaviour of some other British guests. My only advice to the hotel would be to kick guests out sooner if they are rude to your staff, you shouldn't have to put up with it, you didn't deserve the abuse you received! We had a lovely stay overall and felt we got great value for money whilst staying there. It's a beautiful part of Tenerife and a lovely hotel to stay in. The staff were amazing and very kind. Thank you for a lovely Christmas break!

Honestly this hotel was nothing like how awful the reviews describe it. We stayed for 3 nights and went all inclusive. The rooms are outdated but when you only really sleep in them what’s there to complain about? They were also clean. The food was fine, there was something different every day although not overly that much choice. There is definitely something for everyone. Some of the food was extremely tasty too. We didn’t interact that much with staff but those we did were extremely polite and helpful. The pool and poolside areas were clean and the cockerel didn’t cause too much bother at all. We did have a room facing the back. There was still cockerels at the back but personally we didn’t hear them. We didn’t walk down into the town but got a taxi for between €6-7. The town is absolutely gorgeous. We would stay at this hotel again.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at this hotel. It was spotlessly clean everywhere. The food was fresh and delicious with plenty of choice. I loved the salad bar! The pool was lovely too, as were the beautiful musical garden and cactus garden. Our bedroom had a great view of Mount Teide. We could also see the sea! Thank you Blue Sea Costa Jardin and Spa!
