The hotel had a great location, the older gentleman at breakfast was very nice. The rooms were large, clean and spacious. The WiFi worked smoothly. The only drawback: the breakfast is below average. There are only 1-2 simple, different types of cheese and the only sausage is pork, no chicken or turkey. The fresh fruit juices were often empty, and once my plate of food was taken away from under my nose even though I was still eating. I was very annoyed. Overall, however, the complex is central, clean and the pool is very nice.

I don't understand why this hotel has a bad rating. Before going there, I was a little worried. After my stay, I must say that I am satisfied with it. The hotel is located in the north of Tenerife, a few steps from the Colorful Stairs of Puerto De La Cruz, not far from the center of Puerto de la Cruz, with a black sand beach, a variety of shops, restaurants and bars , as well as the Lago Martiánez outdoor swimming pool... This hotel offers excellent value for money, its rate is very low compared to hotels of the same category. Although the hotel's facilities are not new, at this price there is really nothing to complain about.
