Good value for money apartments clean large decent furnishing ,bit noisy but above shops and restaurants.but rooftop pool a bar area very good,only critic is a very small television for size of apartment .could of been problem for longer stays

I had been there before and was pleased to see that the sunbeds weren't reserved like they used to be. I was disappointed to see that the toilet bowl was dirty; I thought it was limescale, but it came off easily when I brushed it, indicating a lack of cleaning. However, everything else was spotless. The facilities have improved, except for the waterfall in the upper pool. Although the sign says the pools are open until 7 pm, the lifeguard closes at 6:50 pm and leaves, and doesn't seem to care about the peace and quiet of other users. There was a woman shouting, disturbing the other users, who noticed, but no one said anything to her. My family and another couple decided to go to the other pool.

The hotel truly offered everything you could wish for. Great location, and beautiful views are just 100 meters from the hotel! Otherwise, I was completely satisfied.

apartment clean on arrival everything you need for a self-catering holiday,your expected to sweep and mop yourself throughout stay, pools basic no floating toys allowed in either pool, lifeguard very strict, pool bar on roof top pool but nothing on ground floor pool, not much around to do, shops on complex quite expensive and pushy however the lidl is literally a stone throw away so very handy,

Just come back .really enjoyed it .very relaxing place ...lovely views from top pool area ..very clean rooms ...quiet after precinct closes 9pm...loads of shops and eating places .lidol just up the rd ....would return ...loved it

Stayed here for 10 days in March '26. A bit tired in parts however it's not an expensive place and as such you cope. Did B and B basis and breakfast was plentiful and good quality and rooms kept clean and tidy. Rooftop for "lozzing about" was excellent and quite a suntrap. All in all would return as appartments are centrally placed and clean and tidy and would recommend on the understanding it's cheap and cheerful. As an extra, as they're not on TA, Kikka at the back of the appartments is a great little Italian restuarant and Francesco is a wonderful and sociable host.

Just back from 4 nights here. Have to say not one of my favourite places. The apartment was ok, spacious, clean, but the floor was very badly scratched in the living room, guessing from pulling the sofa bed out. The throws on the beds are not nice material at all, and all you get other than a sheet. I would call the apartment basic. We were on the 2nd floor and it was very noisy a lot of the time, traffic, people etc as it is built over a shopping mall. Also the cleaners don't do anything in the rooms over the weekend, in my opinion the bins should be emptied daily, even if that is all they do. It is a fair walk in to the "town" which wasn't very big but nice, and we found it difficult to find a taxi back up. So in to bars or cafes for a drink and they ordered it for us. I took 2 grandchildren as we wanted to go to Loro Parque, but there wasn't much else to do for them. Two pools, one was very cold (upstairs) the other much better (downstairs) no one in it except us but the lifeguard who lets just say was NOT busy, refused to let them have a rubber ring in the pool! Common sense should have prevailed. All in all, I would not tell you not to go, but sadly we will not be back. Oh finally, big shout out to Francesco at Kikko's round the corner, fab place, fab food and fab host. Give it a go :-)

Wow!!! What such a beautiful place to stay. Staff, Views, Apartments, and most Value for Money. we (8 mixed friends) stayed in two 3 bedroom apartments with a sea view. Near to several supermarkets and shops (including Lidl's) and a few decent cafes and bars. The resort is gorgeous but very steep and hilly with no mobility scooter hire shops. No worries though as the apartments act as an agent to have them delivered. There's several small pools and a jacuzzi etc. We only used the rooftop poolside bar. As there were quite a few of us, we were getting buckets of 5 beers (Malaga, nice lager beers) for only 9.50euros. You just cannot beat this place for value for money. Hope to return here, sooner the better.

We spent New year and 2 weeks here. The apartment was spacious and kept clean, no issues with housekeeping. The apartments are showing their age and the star rating reflects this. The kitchen had everything we needed and Lidl is a 5 min walk up the hill. We did not use the pools as too cold and we had been warned by our trvel operator that they would no longer be heated in the winter. We mainly used the rooftop solarium to sunbathe when the weather allowed. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas but a strong unplesant smell from the drains. The bar by the rooftop pool was good and prices reasonable. Our biggest issue was with disturbed nights sleep due to the mattress on our bed which was very hard/firm. After 2 nights of little sleep I asked reception if they could provide a mattress topper. The lady I spoke to was very rude, saying no one has complained before, and they don't have any. They clearly are aware of issues though as it is mentioned in other reviews. When I suggested a change of room I was told it's pointless because all the mattresses are the same. Housekeeping did try to rectify it by putting 2 woollen blankets on top of the matress but it made very little difference and I have returned from my holiday more tired than when I went! The apartments are in a very residential area, there are lots of small family run restaurants in the streets around it, and a small amount of mainly outdoor bars. The El Marques hotel across the street has a restaurant open to the public and has occasional evening entertainment which we enjoyed. We also had good meals at El Meson and an Italian restaurant oddly called the Golden Burger. Be cautious when it rains as the tiles in the complex that lead to the accomodation are very slippery when wet as are the pavements ans steps in the resort generally. We would not return here, and I wouldn't recommend unless you are ok with a very firm/hard mattress.

Fab location, rooms and facilities very good. Good value for money. 2 pools, both really nice, roof terrace amazing when the sun was out. We did have a bit of rain, sangria helped on those days. Very nice atmosphere with other guests HOWEVER Make sure you get the safe, we had money taken from our room, yes I know its our own fault but in the 40 years we have been travelling we don't bother and this us our first experience of money being taken. Still had a good holiday, just put a little dampner on it.

we stayed here in a 2 bedroom apartment as an RCI exchange. good location, but unfortunately the resort is cheaply renovated. the kitchen very basic. mattress wasn't comfortable and the worse of all a very strong sewer smell in the bathroom. considering my exchange fee, it was an ok vacation. if i add my maintenance fee at my home resort, i'd say it was massively overpaid vacation. as much i like Tenerife, i wouldn't stay here again.

Rude woman with glasses on reception. You have your room cleaned every other day meaning that you will have to use your towels twice and with a family of 5 the towels are soaked so when I asked for some clean towels the woman on reception said no it’s not allowed. I went and bought some towels from the shops. Very hilly so if you don’t like walking or you have a pram it’s not ideal although regular buses do pass. Everything is a walk away although Lidl is up the road.
