Really good experience in this little hotel. Is our first time here and we will come back. You always find something to eat. But the best thing is entertainment with Aida. She is lovely and her job is fantastic. The manager is a hard worker, he was so efficient with a little issue we got.

Great complex rather than a hotel, Never felt crowded and always sunbeds available at anytime of the day. Food was great and lots of choice ans staff very friendly and helpful. Not far to bus stops in either direction and regular too. The full Ireland excursion was really good especially fire mountain. Would recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel back in March based on its excellent reviews, so we were quite concerned when just before we came out there were a number of negative reviews - especially as I'm quite a fussy person (understatement my husband has just chirped in!) I'm sitting my the pool writing this during the last few hours of our stay, racking my brains to see if there's anything l've not liked about this hotel-and the simple answer is no, everything has been fabulous. The room was spacious, cleaned very regularly to a high standard- as was the rest of the hotel and pool area. The pool is a good size, and a perfect temperature, the sun beds are comfy, and we never struggled to find empty ones whatever the time of day. A few people put towels out, but the majority of guests don't. The food was really good. Lots of variety of dishes, different themed nights, and never a shortage of anything. My favs were the cooked to liking steaks, like wise tuna steaks, and the whole fresh salmon. The Mexican night was particularly bad for my waist line! The staff on the whole were really good - special shout outs to Jesus, Samad, Airam, Emily, Maria, the guys doing the ‘live’ cooking in the restaurant, and of course the very lovely Patricia. The entertainment is low key, but Patricia does a fantastic job, and never fails to make you smile. The manager is always around, and it’s quite clear that his priority is ensuring his guests are happy and having a good stay. Our only little niggle was our experience when checking in last Friday evening First impressions count for a lot, and you would expect to be greeted big smiles and cheery hellos, but we sadly received neither - perhaps something to address… Like I say though, this was only a tiny little niggle, and it didn’t impact our stay. Don’t let negative reviews put you off, we would definitely return, and I’m a Karen by name, and a Karen by nature!! Thank you to all at the hotel for making it a great stay. 924/100 minimum

Had a brilliant time couldn't fault much other than the saving sun beds around the pool hotel was very clean, apartment was clean, didn't like the bath prefer a walk in shower will be going again next year .

Our first visit and we will return! Cleanliness is excellent, lovely variety of food. All the staff are excellent. Aida is absolutely amazing and fun, that’s true! Pool area is very peaceful, plenty of sun-beds and umbrellas, always available. Thank you Julio for make this place amazing!

Everything is excellent, difficult to find any fault. All staff are very friendly. Enjoyed taking part in the friendly games. Good facilities, good food. Comfortable rooms. Great cleaning service. Location was better than we expected, close to bars, restaurants and the sea. The pool is heated Good value for the money.

This is our second visit, we came last year and have already booked for next year 😊 We absolutely love this hotel, there have been lots of upgrades since last year which haven't gone unnoticed. Staff are wonderful and so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Aida the entertainment lady has limitless energy and is a never ending pot of positivity. The Manager Snr Rodriguez, is a very hands on and 'visible' also very approachable. Vikki on Reception goes above and beyond..lovely lady. Food is varied and plentiful, love that they have global 'themes' several times a week, so never boring. It was my partners birthday while we were there and he was surprised with a bottle of bubbly and cake hand delivered to our room. We were very impressed such a nice personal touch. We love that you can chill and relax or join in the fun and games that are laid on. The Hotel itself is in a lovely location just back from the main strip, so its quiet and relatively private but a nice little stroll (on the flat) takes you to a local Spar Supermarket on the right or if you turn to the left you can walk to a lovely array of restaurants, bars and shops. Hotel Pocillas Playa is a little gem...I'm so glad we found it!

It's a wonderful hotel. Everybody is friendly. The food is excellent, fresh, hot and different variety every day. The room is lovely with a good sofa, tv, bathroom and big double bed but the views could be better. Cleaning service, brilliant, clean towels every day. Small and intimate atmosphere.

A lovely hotel. Its quiet and relaxing. The rooms are well laid out and have everything you need, beds are extremely comfy. Good showers, rooms cleaned daily. All inclusive food is good, plenty of choice and as a fussy eater, I always found something to eat. The main draw is the staff. They are all friendly and efficient. Particular shout out goes to Aida, who provides entertainment throughout the day and evening. Her efforts to make you involved are worth it, she makes everything fun and she definitely added to our holiday.

As a solo traveler I’m always cautious about small hotels in case they don’t have facilities for me. I am delighted to say that my stay was extremely enjoyable and I didn’t feel lonely or out of place at all. Every single member of staff I spoke to or had dealings with was lovely, courteous, friendly and professional. My room was quirky but very comfortable, the little balcony area made me chuckle every time I used it. Food at all meals was good, probably the best I’ve had at the various all inclusive hotels I’ve stayed at. The pool was lovely being heated and I used it several times. Evening entertainment was great and hosted by the brilliant Aida who made me feel so welcome and included. The presentation of the hotel was lovely, very well maintained everywhere which is important but often overlooked. A big shout out for Alexander behind the bar who was brilliant all week, as in fact were the rest of the staff. All in all an excellent hotel and I will definitely return and recommend 😊

Very clean hotel food was lovely the entertainment was very funny can't remember her name would definitely come again .

Amazing place to stay. Such a warm welcome. We got the family suite. Beds were so comfy. Space was amazing. Location very good.
