Bitacora Lanzarote Club

A few things...what a great place, value for money, staff are great. If you are with Jet2 and have transfers included, it's an hour as you are the last stop, pay the 20 Euros for a cab if you can, it's 10 mins away. There is a walk to the breach front, 10 mins really, but 5 Euros for a cab back up too which is good. We stayed in room 103 which was right next to the night entrance which wasn't great for sleep with late/early transfers and party people coming in 3am. You have to get your towels out around 8am, it's the norm. Generally, a really nice place and Air Conditioning...included which is amazing really these days, thank the sun and solar power!

Just returned from a 7 night stay and was very impressed. Rooms were clean and tidy and well equipped for self catering. Very relaxing around the pool as no one bothers you. Nice little shop on site with reasonable prices. The staff were great especially the guy on reception ( the guy with the big biceps ) he was so polite and funny and happy to help with anything including giving my husband advice about motorcycles. We will definitely be returning. Don't listen to the bad reviews guys, this hotel is a little gem Thanks Mr and Mrs Aspinwall

Clean and modern apartments. Ideal for a week in the sun. Not far to the centre and the harbour. Plenty of sun loungers round the pool but not nearly enough umbrellas, think we counted 5. Only thing that spoilt it at times were families not in control of their children who were screaming, shouting and running round pool which when you are trying to relax is not ideal! Lovely staff at reception and in bar, and the gym was a bonus.

After a fabulous trip away with family and friends for my cousin's 40th birthday. Apartments are amazing. Very close to centre. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Costs very reasonable. Would love to come back. Place is spotless. Well done to team bitacora. Yous are doing an outstanding job.

What a gem of a hotel. Just returned from a 7 day break 3 adults and 1 teenager. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment above the bar all I can say is wow. The appartment was amazing. Clean and tidy and so much room. I've stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotel and this room was better then some of them. The staff were amazing particularly the two gentlemen who worked on reception. They were so helpful and friendly. The bar was clean and modern and the drinks were at a great price. I never went into the pool but the area was always clean and tidy and plenty of sunloungers were available. There was also a supermarket which was handy in the hotel. The gym was also free to use and was good for a workout. I really enjoyed my stay here I don't really have any faults to say about Bitacora the heart attack Hill that people talk about to get down and back up. To where all the shop and bars was not as bad as I thought it would be we walked back and forth everyday and never needed a taxi but if you did have walking troubles a taxi is cheap enough. Anyone thinking about going here I would not hesitate it really is a beautiful please.

Recently returned from bitacora. Could not fault this apartment complex, everything was spotless clean, rooms pool area reception area pool bar snack bar area all spotless clean sunbeds and pool area washed every single morning during our stay of 1o days. The beds were very comfortable and clean rooms cleaned daily. All the staff were so nice and helpful, reception staff and bar /restraint staff are all brilliant. We have booked another stay in a couple of months with family. We highly recommend bitacora apts. Thank you for a wonderful stay see you soon

The reception was lovely and clean and we had heard great review but once we got our room it went downhill from there. The room wasent clean at all, the sheets were stained and the floor had what looked like blood stains, footprints and a pool of water around the fridge. When I asked for the room to be cleaned, we came back to it not cleaned. I went to reception and was told they forgot and that they had so many problems it was hard to keep up. We had a cleaner come to our door one morning to clean the room as we are getting ready, I said give us half an hour and she rolled her eyes and walked away. I had to go and buy cleaning stuff, a mop and brush and clean it myself on day 3 it was that bad even after them cleaning it.

We stayed here the first week of February as a family of five adults in room 201 and 201a, which are joined by a sliding door. It was exceptional, especially the outside space where we had a dining area and a terrace to lie out. Bathroons are recently refurbished, and the beds were very comfy. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff and the heated swimming pool was a big bonus! Short 10 mins walk to the *****. Will definitely stay again!

Clean and everything you need, we had a bottom floor apartment close to the pool. Check in was good and has a storage room for your bags if your room is not ready. No issues getting a sun louner and has a small shop on site. Pool bar food is fine and decent value. Good value for money and I would defiantly stay again!
