Great location, wonderful staff definitely recommend, wifi was a bit hit and miss this time, (which only effected teenager) Already rebooked for next year. Local bars and restaurants are all friendly and nice, not loud in the apartment in evening

I fell in love with apartment 607 seafront an absolutely stunning view and will definitely be rebooking this apartment again. The reception guy was soo helpful when I arrived and he was an absolute blessing to have there especially for a solo traveller.. he knew everything about WiFi and technology and genuinely cared that you were having a great holiday 10/10 location perfect just beside Shenanigans a fantastic and very popular bar and on the ***** ..can nip down a few steps and get breakfast..cocktails (amazing cosmopolitans)! Central to everything. Room was very clean and smelled of the sea when I walked in..a very nice touch I remembered Balcony is the best Balcony for Seaview I have ever had in PDC...Spacious and I loved it! I definitely will be back! ❤️

First time in Lanzarote and these apartments topped the holiday off.... Can't praise them enough. Staff were lovely, modern furniture, everything you need and a bit more in the kitchen and spotlessly clean. Couldn't believe how close we were to bars shops etc but yet quiet. Views to die for Hoping so much to get back next year so fingers crossed its still open. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Not a friendly welcome from Grumpy man, rest of staff fine, room could do with a re paint, crumbling plaster and water stained hall wall. No uk tv programs. Expensive for what you get. Drop off is top of road 5 min walk not easy with suitcases going home

We stayed for a week in January 2024. This place is directly opposite the beach, balcony had a wonderful sea view. Despite being very close to countless bars and restaurants the accommodation has a good peaceful vibe. We hadn't been to this resort before, so we're very pleased with the location of this accommodation. It was convenient for exploring both the ***** and the old town.

This was our 3rd time staying at Los Cocoteros and it won’t be our last. We arrived on a Sunday night after a two hour delay and when we walked into reception the lady at the desk was surprised to see us. It turns out that the travel company who we had booked with had not informed the hotel that we had booked! Luckily they had a room available and the lady very quickly put our minds at rest. We went to our room which was 511 and it was just as lovely as when we had first stopped. The room has a very spacious bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space, a bathroom with shower and a hairdryer which was more powerful than it looked. There was a kitchenette with full size fridge with a small freezer compartment , a two ring hob , kettle, toaster, and plenty of plates,glasses and utensils. There is a large seating area with a sofa ,tv air conditioning and a window with a sea view. The balcony has the most amazing views where we happily sat with a glass of wine on the evening. All the staff we met were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in an amazing location with the beach right across the road and restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Although the hotel is on the ***** it is set back a bit, so there wasn’t a problem with noise. We absolutely love this hotel and will definitely be back.

Holiday booked via easyJet First to note is when you are dropped off via easyJet coach, you’ll have a five minute walk, you’ll need to walk down the hill to the sea front, turn right and walk along the promenade, not a great start late at night, pick up is the same, hill to climb with cases We booked , given ground floor room 310, which has sea views, as long as you don’t mind air conditioned units, satellite dishes etc, you can see the sea, not the image we had expected, would request a top floor room Room is okay, it’s not luxury but it’s still okay. Walls are very thin, heard plenty of conversations, flushing toilets, showers, banging head boards, not enjoyable Outside we had two not matching plastic chairs and plastic table, loungers would have been nice, we went a purchased a couple, nice lying in the sun. There is a pool, very cold, it’s in the shade from lunch time, we went to the beach Location is superb, you’re a flight of steps to the main drag, beach, bars and restaurants are a plenty, loved the location Would we book again, yes, however would need top floor preferably on the end, less noise and great views

Nice apartments, ground floor so not quite a sea view but still nice. Everything we needed Safe available at €2 per day. Wi-Fi mostly ok. Nice patio outside with a pull out airer to dry towels etc. Air con in lounge so we kept it on with bedroom door open all night which kept us cool. Reception staff were ok not over helpful or friendly and had no knowledge of local buses etc but we found our way around. There’s a small storage room in reception area for your cases on check out day and you can change in there aswell as it has a curtain. Would have been nice to have a specific room for people to use to shower/ change following 12 o’clock checkout but we were told this wasn’t available. Great location with beach, bars, shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Would stay in Lanzarote again no question but would probably stay somewhere else next time

I don't think you could get a better location than these apartments. They're slap bang in the middle of Peurto del Carmen right next to all the restaurants and bars and yet they are very quiet. The beach is literally a few minutes away just across the road. We were on the ground floor which didn't have the best view but we could still see the sea as all the apartments face the sea but a higher floor would obviously have a better view. The apartments are nice and spacious and cleaned daily but they are a little tired and dated and could do with a bit of a renovation but it wouldn't stop me from staying in them again. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They're only about 15 mins away from the airport. It cost us around 20 euros. There's nowhere for the taxis to stop apart from on the road so you have to be quick getting in and out but it wasn't a problem. All in all I'd recommend these apartments and would stay in them again but would probably pay the extra for a higher floor.
