The hotel is very clean, well located, the personnel helped with all our matters, breakfast was normal and ok. The room was excellent!!!

The overall environment is good, in a jungle, the room is spacious and clean, and the balcony faces the Brazilian side. The service is good and the breakfast is good. The only drawback is that the location is a little off. There are many discounts for Ctrip mobile orders.

Great hotel, nice and helpful staff. Nice clean rooms and nice and cool. They are renovating and did not know this in advance. The swimming pool is also a bit outdated.

The apartment type is cleaner and quieter than the loft. The room is overall good, but the plugs are all angled and there is no USB connector. So you have to remember to bring the adapter, otherwise you will be confused. The network was not very good. It rained and there was a thunderstorm at night. The network was down and it was not repaired the next day. You can try the hotel's masseur to relax. You can order it at the front desk and the massage chair will be sent to your room for about 40 minutes at a time. It's simple and relaxing. I didn’t go to Iguazu Falls because of time issues. You can reserve a driver at the front desk. The last bus is before 3 pm, and it will be closed later.

Очень хороший отель, расположен на окраине города, до центра пешком минут 10-15 прогулочным шагом. У нас был просторный номер с двумя двуспальным кроватями. Санузел с душевой кабиной и ванной, ванна только набирается, мыться в ней нельзя, но мы не пользовались. Есть шампунь, кондиционер, мыло, лосьон, но нет геля для душа, учитывайте это при планировании поездки. Балкон с двумя креслами и столом. Очень круто, что окна выходят на лес, нет необходимости закрывать шторы, посторонних глаз быть не может. Матрасы удобные, не мягкие, это хорошо. Розетки под европейские стандарт переходники не нужны. Приветственная вода только одна, не пополняется. Завтрак очень хороший, ассортимент не огромный, но есть омлеты, яишница, бекон, сосиски, мясо, овощи, фрукты, сладкое, все вкусно. Один из лучших, где мы были. Персонал говорит по английски, очень отзывчивые и помогут со всеми вопросами. Нам давали зонтик и делали ланч боксы с собой, потому что мы выезжали раньше начала завтрака.

Всё отлично. Единственные замечания - это: 1. При заезде на 2 человек была только одна бесплатная бутылка воды 0.5. На второй день и ее не положили. При такой цене отеля и отсутствия магазинов в шаговой доступности - очень странный подход. 2. Не было геля для душа. Шампунь, кондиционер, даже лосьон для тела были, а геля - нет. Тоже очень странно.
