The hotel itself was actually quite good, a four-star hotel. The terrible thing was the Ctrip agent; they gave me the worst room possible. Because of flight issues and airport transfer bookings, I ended up staying an extra day, booking directly through the front desk. It was over 100 yuan cheaper, and the room had a view. Although my phone got wet while playing a waterfall game, the last picture clearly shows the completely different room facilities. Be very careful when booking hotels overseas!

The room is big, especially the bed, and it's very clean, which is pretty good in Argentina. The airport bus can go directly to the airport. Turn right for about 200 meters and you will see the scenic spots of the Three Kingdoms. It is also the starting point for the bus to the Great Falls. You can rent cars and travel at the hotel's TAXI and REMIS centers, and the services are very good. The hotel stipulates check-out at ten o'clock. Since we were on an evening flight, the front desk asked the manager for instructions and delayed check-out until twelve o'clock.

The place is beautiful, and not in the very center, but it’s a nice 20-minute walk to get there. There’s a transport stop nearby if you don’t want to walk. A bus leaves for the waterfalls almost right outside the hotel. The room is spacious, but the equipment is a bit old. There are not enough chairs on the balcony. In such a wonderful space, I would like more attentive staff and customer focus. They take a very long time to check in, although the rooms are ready. Breakfast does not reach 4 stars, a lot of spoiled fruit, no vegetables. And the omelette is not always ready, the expectation is that it will be prepared on the spot, but this does not work. But the hotel area is very beautiful and green!
