Grand Crucero Hotel

This hotel is located at the first roundabout (coming from direction of the airport into the city). It is around a half hour Uber from the airport. It is also around a half hour walk to the main bus terminal from many buses depart (including to the entrance of Iguazu Falls on both Argentina and Brazil side). There is a bus stop at the foot of the hotel where I took a bus to the airport, but I was not sure about buses to other locations and the timing of such. Overall it was not an inconvenient location but one would need to rely heavily on taxis or driving here. The room and bathroom were spacious, but very basic and initially certain amenities (such as hair dryer) were missing. Cleaniness was fine though there was a bit of a musty feeling to it. It was extremely noisy during the night due to the location of the hotel (people playing drums in the park and passing cars all night long) so if you are sensitive to noise, you may want to take this into consideration. Service was decent, with the reception being reasonably helpful at answering questions and the breakfast buffet staff being warm and welcoming. Breakfast was fine - nothing special but got the job done. Overall the value for money on this hotel felt a bit lacking but the experience was fine.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It’s located very close to a bus stop, which takes me to national park of Iguazú. It’s just a two minute walk. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service overall was excellent. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool—it was clean, well-maintained, and a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again!

staff is sincerely and helpful. room is spacious, however shower is not enough power. the breakfast is very disappointed

Great hotel with good on-site facilities. The rooftop bar and pool were a favourite. Has a restaurant, Cafe and inside bar. Rooms are spacious with private balconies facing lush greenery. Very helpful staff.

Very helpful staff. The hotel is not the most modern, but the beds were comfortable, the restaurant food was tasty, and everyone extremely helpful with any questions. Bus stop is right in front so it's easy to get around. Was great for our stay to the falls.

Came over after a terrible experience at Rainforest and it was like heaven on earth. The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop 5 min walk outside that takes you to the airport and the waterfalls at hourly frequency. There is also a taxi operator right across the hotel. The hotel staff immediately walked out to assist with our luggage upon our arrival and was extremely hospitable. A complimentary 25 min visit to the sauna was included, gimmicky but it was a nice touch. The room was large, spacious and clean. AC was reliable as was the hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was basic but there was a large spread. We had an enjoyable experience.

The location is great. You have busses stopping right next to the hotel.

Good clean hotel with big rooms. I had a room overlooking the main road with the park in the distance. The hotel is about 20min walk from the city centre. The staff speak limited English but they were still helpful. Breakfast selection is aufficient.

Nice sized rooms, nice pool area. Handy for the park and walkable to the central area. Nice breakfast
