Hotel Península Valdés

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were large and 501 had great sea views. Breakfast was excellent with many fresh and healthy options.Staff was very helpful. Awesome location. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We would rate this hotel a maximum of four stars. The location is very convenient, right in town and just across from the sea, which is definitely a plus. However, the interior and room decor are not particularly appealing. The hotel has a very touristy vibe—not surprising, given that the entire town caters to visitors. There don’t seem to be many alternative options in Puerto Madryn, so it’s a workable choice. Overall, the hotel is acceptable, but it doesn’t go beyond that.

Seafront hotel in Puerto Madryn, just a few minutes walk to the shopping area. Our room was small, warm and clean, but the bathroom was very small with a shower over the bath, which was a bit awkward to negotiate. The buffet breakfast was good and plentiful. There is a restaurant and small bar area. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Awesome place close to everything you need in Madryn. Staff are bi-lingual and courteous.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while travelling with a group. The hotel is located on the sea front, but still only a short distance away from the town centre. I got the impression that this was one of the nicer hotels in Puerto Madryn, it was perfectly acceptable but nothing special. I'd put it at around 3 stars. The wifi was reasonably good throughout, but the lifts were very slow. My room was perfectly good and clean enough, a decent size too. It was a bit dated, but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was ok too, also a bit dated but it worked fine. The breakfast was very basic, but edible. A small selection of carby things and some continental items. They also made omelets on request, but I had to ask for them to put ham and cheese in them. Overall it was a decent enough stay, it seems like it was one of the better hotels in Puerto Madryn so I'd say it's fine for a few nights.

The PV is probably the best hotel in Pto Madryn. Rooms are fine, breakfast is ample and served in a nice mezzanine, and the staff is friendly and attentive.
