I needed a totally relaxing experience and stayed in the Adults Only section. That proved to be very quiet and the swim up suite was perfect for getting in the water, but not being around a lot of people.

Food choices could have been better. The quality of the food was not as expected. One restaurant was closed the whole week for an event which limited our options as well.

I didn’t not enjoy waiting 2 hours for them to double check if my room was ready! I was already 12 hours delayed and there should have been zero wait time for me to get my key and go to my room

We loved our time here this past week. We were here with three other families with kids ranging from 12-19 years old. We had a blast! It takes a couple days to figure out how to work the dining options because there is only one restaurant that takes reservations but we figured it out and each night, the dinner got better and better. We really loved our meals at Zavas, Sienna and Topaz. Special shout outs to Fernando and Alma working the pool drinks! Shout out to Andres, our massage miracle worker! Only negative was the concierge workers for the most part were of no help and we got different answers from different ones. Besides that, we had a wonderful time!

This resort was perfect for our family vacation! It met all of our expectations perfectly. It was laid out nicely so there was not a lot of extra walking needed to get from one place to another and the landscaping in between was gorgeous and well cared for. So many pools to enjoy, even though they were cold in January. Food was amazing for a resort and we had no issues getting into the restaurants. Staff was kind, funny and attentive. We will return to this resort!

We loved having the swim up room in the adult section. It was great having a semi-private space and having access from our pool to the adult pool bar.
A server continuously came around asking if we needed anything. Service was great.
The room was very nice and kept very clean by the friendly cleaning staff.
The bed was very comfortable; shower was great; room was well air conditioned; the in room hot tub was ok; the patio door latch was broken and though we notified reception, it was not repaired and we had to rely on the hook latch.
The food at the Carribean and Italian restaurants was amazing and we highly recommend them.
Food at the buffet tended to be luke warm at best unless you asked for a grilled egg or omelette. Service was excellent.
We would recommend breakfast and lunches at the Carribean restaurant if you are not in a hurry.
Service at all restaurants was excellent and very accommodating if you wished to change or add to your meal.
Chique restaurant was a amazing experience but at an extra cost. It is a top 50 Mexican restaurant offering a 20 course meal which provides sample sizes of foods from different Mexican districts.
Overall, we would return to this resort.

Restaurant service was the worst I’ve ever had, we made reservations at the Italian restaurant for 12 people and when we got there they refused to seat us together, the children had to sit at another table.
We waited 1.5 hours for our order at the pizza restaurant
The Caribbean restaurant was even worse, we waited 2.5 hour for our food, after we were seated.
The beach was tiny with no activity, i we didn’t go with such a large group we wouldn’t have had anything to do.
This place was really bad
