Cleanliness: so mamy mosquito 🦟 in the place .. And also in our room Location: hard to find we pay for 2 trycicle because the driver don’t know ehere is hanbees resort. The hotel name is not updated in the map! STILL FLOWER GARDEN Service: the aircon is very loud! No air we buy our own mini fan! Napaka ingay ng aircon di kmi makatulog sa ingay! Walang lamig mukang taon ng hindi nalinis! Amenities: the hallway is so dark ! Masyado yatang tipid sa kuryente pinapatay ang ilaw ! Nung pag dating nkin my nagrereklamo about s check in so tahimik lng kmi at nakikinig! Not recommending this hotel kc mura na mapapamura kapa! Yung gasto sa pag nili ng off lotion at mini fan sana pala nag book nlng aq ng mas maayos na hotel.. staycation sana dahil minsan lang makapag puerto princessa papatayin ka nmn sa init 😭 nag message pa ko sa trip.com at email sa kanila pero wala nmn action.. lahat wala mas masaya pa mag tour kesa mag stay! Puro kagat kmi ng lamok! Never babalik dto!! Never i rerecommend

Peaceful place to stay in. It’s very cheap considering there’s a pool access. Downside is amenities—shower heater not working, aircon dial broken (you have to plug/unplug if you want to turn it off/on lol), no complimentary toothbrush/toothpaste (I brought my own so not a big deal). Overall, 3.5/5. Good for backpackers/someone that’s on a budget.

HONEST REVIEW for Room 8: We've spent Holy Week with my family to relax. Got relaxed from pool and garden view. The flowers are lovely for taking pictures. However I got stress coz of weak internet. A one-night hotel, though that's all you need. The price reflects what you get: no hot water, and the water pressure was just a trickle. The towels were in name only; they were clearly past their prime. Found some kind of larva on the sheet. The AC was noisy, and the airflow blew directly onto the bed. On the bright side, no shortage of beds, and there's a Bible!

We loved this hotel. The garden was beautiful. The pool was clean, and we went for a swim. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a standard room for a super cheap price. It was excellent value for money. The internet was great, and the room.comfortable and clean. Coffee in the morning was provided. We really recommend it.

It was okay for the price. But the Front Office Staff must be trained and act more friendlier. The first night we stayed there’s no water available in the container. No proper checkin and checkout too

Honest Feedback The overall stay was okay, and the staff were approachable, but the cleanliness could still be improved. I noticed a few minimal stains on the bedsheet and towel, which was a little disappointing. The air conditioner was also quite noisy, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. I hope the management can pay more attention to the cleanliness of the linens and towels and have the air conditioner checked. These improvements would make the stay much more comfortable for future guests.

The room wasn't very clean (cobwebs), the towels were stained, and the bathroom also left a lot to be desired. See photos. The breakfast was more than basic (one slice of bread and an egg). No coffee or other hot drinks. Far from everything. Pleasant staff.

Overall the experience is good for my stay in 6 days. And the people there are too kind and I decide when I will be back I choose to stay here again.

the accommodation here is alright, swimming pool is the unique selling point, with good maintenance. The room is so so, with broken bathroom door and weak and non-hot shower water. Appreciate the breakfast included and free coffee during daytime. Staff are friendly. Recommend ;)
