Clean & comfortable beds, quiet & great free shuttle to nearest beach, great pool & spacious restaurant area. Good shop at front entrance, hotel is close to bars, cafe & restaurants, you can get a taxi to other parts of coast, 10mins to (Puerto Rico) where you can take lovely boat trips to other islands. Would definitely recommend staying here

Room - 2 bed swim up great!! We had room 46 - afternoon sun and Nice not overlooked pool but it is chilly!! Beds comfy, bathroom fine. With no air con they are hot so be aware of this - front and back doors open helps air flow but otherwise fans pretty useless and you can hire machines from reception. Hotel - generally pretty clean and quite quiet. We did go first few days in October so expected quiet. It’s also a long way from Anywhere and you need taxis I would say especially for coming up! Location for the europa centre is good and taxis from there down to main areas (6-10€). Free bus 3 times a day to amadores beach. Lots of sunbeds in the hotel and the adults roof terrace was the best!! Main areas flat if on ground floor but steps / lift from reception to the main hotel area. Staff seemed friendly. Food and drink - we stayed all inc - again was as expected - buffet not often hot and variable quality but wasn’t bad at all. Breakfast is great, lunch good, dinner probably my least favourite. Ice cream yum and a sweets station!! Drinks free flowing but only one bar so could get busy I guess if busier. Anyway - good value for what we paid - had a lovely holiday - just be aware of location and no air con are my main takeaways having never visited the hotel before. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The location is up a steep hill. There is a very small shopping area with a few bars and shops, there is a free bus to the beach 3 times a day. It left 15 minutes early the day we wanted it. . The place is spotlessly clean. When we arrived at our one bed swim up apartment and opened the door we were greeted with a cockroach scuttling into the woodwork. As they had just sprayed they were trying to escape the spray. There were a few about on our patio too. The apartment is ok a good size. There are no drawers and very little space for your belongings. The food is plentiful, lots of choice and fresh. The entertainment is very hit and miss. We arrived back to our apartment after lunch and went to get changed and a part of the wardrobe fell from the wall and smacked me on the head. It got fixed pretty quickly but there was no real apology from the management only a "sorry" from a receptionist. It's supposed to be smoking only in designated areas. No smoking in rooms or on the patios and terraces but this is ignored. We had to keep our door pulled to as the smoke from next door was coming into our terrace. I recommend the Dolphin spotting trip and get the ferry to Mogan on a Friday for the market. The staff are friendly and polite

Stayed here in September with my partner staff were very friendly and always happy to help! Accommodation was very good facilities wise with lots of things in our apartment you would need! However it hasn’t got air con only fans which are no good in the rooms air con can be hired for your stay but at a cost of course! The food was ok to be honest I would give it about a 7/10 not loads to choose from but what was there was pretty good but not amazing! the cocktails that were available for the all inclusive were nice but there were only 3 that you could have as part of the package but besides this you could get beer sangria wine ect and soft drinks (Coca cola original) on tap which was great. The pool area was pretty good not massive! We found that you could always get a lounger but this is probably because of the time of year! Location wise it’s right next to Europa shopping centre where there are lots of amenities food drink gift shops ect it also has to be said that there is a shop inside the hotel which is amazing! Overall I would stay here again as it was very clean and the staff were great taxis are also readily available to take you into Peurto Rico ect they cost between €6/€10 euro to get you down into Peurto Rico.

Great rooms ,clean , great food. Near shops ,bars ect Entertainment not as good as last year . Pool area was filthy, cleaned once in a week. Pool full of dead insects Toilets not cleaned either. Used sanitary towels ect on the floor Was revolting Complained to 5 different staff including Tui rep but strangely Tui have no record of this

We stayed in the adult only part buganvillas, we had a ground floor room with terrace. Room was great plenty of room air on included. The hotel is lovely very quiet and relaxing. It's directly opposite the Europa centre but you don't get the noise at night! We've already booked to go back. Definitely recommend staying here. Lovely cocktails from the bar. We stayed self catering but everyone said the food was good.

Basic but clean and well maintained, We had a steal for an August school holiday break and would definitely go back for the price we paid. Only gripe is the whole sun bed situation but thats not the hotels fault I don’t know why us British have a towel hogging sun bed obsession…. Towels down and nobody sat on the sun beds…. It’s like putting a pair of shoes in a queue…..

Fabulous hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Large apartments everything you need in them.. Looking to going back in a few weeks.

Never before have I been made to feel so welcome by the staff at a hotel! The hotel is comfortable, clean and nice, the food is good, but what makes the hotel a gem? It's the wonderful people who work there! Your smiles and pleasant conversations, remembering my name and knowing what we like, thinking of us before we arrive at the restaurant. My mother feels like a queen with your lovely service, and like part of your family. I can understand why she will come back to you year after year!
