Downtown Penthouse-Style Apartment

Perfection in 5D From the moment I contacted Rick through our final day in PV, Rick and Laura were the perfect hosts and their home is immaculate! I cannot express how much we enjoyed staying here! Watching sunsets or rainstorms from the pool or observation level were a highlight, but only slightly beat out the living quarters. High end touches abound. Spacious bedrooms. A terrific, open concept kitchen/living room. An elevator to whisk you between levels if you’re feeling lazy or enjoyed one too many margaritas while watching the sunsets. Thank you, Rick!

A great place to enjoy Puerto Vallarta The host, Rickie, was very accommodating. We had contacted him prior to our arrival and because there wasn’t a conflict with someone leaving on our arrival date it worked out for us to check in early. The apartment is awesome, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked for those who wish to cook, and the appliances were great. The top 2 floors of the building are common areas with great views of the city below and the ocean. It is a very relaxing atmosphere with plenty of comfortable seating, a heated infinity pool and if you like to grill there is an outdoor kitchen in the pool area. The building has an elevator, so the stairs are optional.The apartment is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops, and it is located on a street that has very little traffic. There is a bit of a hill to walk to and from downtown but it’s not bad. Great place with plenty of room for 2 couples.

Absolutely Beautiful Rental Property! My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks and felt like we were living in our own private palace! The apartment is gorgeous. It is fully equipped, spacious, clean, comfortable and decorated so beautifully. The pool and upper lounge levels have breathtaking views. Communication with the owner, Rick, was excellent and helpful. We are grateful to have experienced such an extraordinary vacation property. Thank you, Rick!
