The owner‘s son met us as we pulled up in our taxi, I had gotten an email asking our flights arrival time so they could be prepared, didn’t know they were going to actually greet us and show us around. It was very nice. We had never been there before, our driver didn’t know where it was. So he found it with the restaurant address that’s under the building. You buzz to get in and out. There’s someone outside all the time incredibly safe, the whole area felt very safe. Pool was a nice bonus upstairs. Great communication with owners. Beautiful view from the patio, living room, and master bedroom. There is no view from the second bedroom, and you can’t open the curtains on that side really as there is a multilevel parking right next to the complex and the unit is on the end. The lights in the garage are on late if you’re sensitive to light I would bring an eye mask. In both bedrooms, there are no blackout curtains. We had no problem though. We had no problem with noise. Very centrally located. Delicious crêpe vendor right outside.Taco Mar is the best restaurant! It’s a bit of a walk highly recommend it. Devils Bar had the best fresh drinks, next to the condo, we hung out there a lot, I don’t drink, so had virgin version, helped me stay hydrated. My daughter said the spirited version was yummy. Didn’t realize beaches are so rocky there, didn’t do much in the water. On the boardwalk, easy to get around. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful condo and beautiful view. Easy to walk to everything we needed. Loved watching the pirate ship fireworks every night. We had a very relaxing stay. The host was helpful and informative with our first trip to Puerto Vallarta.

Amazing views, great location and great decor. Would stay again.
