The condo was professionally redesigned to maximize the luxury. This spacious unit is on the 5th floor, with a beautiful living area, 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a large L shaped balcony, complete with an ocean view.

The living room opens to large L-shaped spacious terrace with an outdoor dining area, Lounger, outdoor sofa offering gorgeous views of old town and partial views of the ocean. Living area has air conditioning/heat, and high-speed wireless internet.
Enjoy gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances including a 6-burner gas range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a refrigerator/freezer. Small appliances include a coffee maker with coffee, as well as, hot tea bag options, blender, toaster, and other rarely offered perks. Kitchen has a custom dining table with 6 chairs and all cutlery and utensils to enjoy your favorite meals.
Relax in the comfortable master Bedroom with a king size bed with ample closet space for your travel attire, ceiling fan, split AC and Smart TV on the wall for your entertainment.
Master bedroom opens to the terrace and offers partial views to the ocean and old town, opens to terrace. Master bedroom is bright and has curtains for privacy and optimum light control.
Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with modern lights and spacious walk-in spa-like rain shower head. There is a full second bathroom also with a large walk-in shower.
