DESCRIPTION OF CONDO **Stunning, spacious 2600 square feet – corner unit! **Luxurious living with calm, stylish, modern décor **Because this is corner unit, the airy living room has oceanfront and tropical landscape 90 degree views. You can slide open the floor-to-ceiling glass accordion doors to create spectacular openness to outside ocean air and sounds **3 master suites each with king size bed, smart TV, large closet, and luxury bathroom **Large, private balcony with oceanfront view and table w/ chairs and sofa with entry from the deluxe master bedroom or living room **Unit in on the second floor (approximately 5 stories above the beach area) **Large, fully equipped kitchen with island that opens to dining area and living room **Living room comes with 65 inch smart TV and each bedroom comes with 55 inch smart TV. Living room and main master TV has access to hundreds of stations. All TVs can access subscription services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, HBO to Go, etc. **Gorgeous dining table easily seats 8 people **Full capacity washer/dryer **Plenty of pantry space **Towels, linens provided **Utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, toaster, thermal coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, spices provided **Bose sound system with Sonos hook up compatibility **Printer and paper for those working during stay **Locked digital safe in each bedroom for small items such as passports, jewelry, and money (we are not responsible for lost or stolen items – also please lock front and balcony doors when you not in the unit) **Arriving earlier than 4 pm? This is to ensure that the restaurant and bar bills are properly paid before your departure, that you pay for additional services you ordered (like additional house cleaning), and also to ensure that you do not damage the property. If there are no issues, the deposit will not be charged to your credit card. **Per building management, any guest reservations made on or after May 1, 2023, will be subject to a 500 pesos (approx. $25 USD) per day per condo "Amenities Fee." This reasonable fee is common in Puerto Vallarta at the larger luxury condo buildings and assists with the costs for wear and tear on the building from rental units. The fees will be collected directly by the building management upon arrival and are not included in your Vrbo payment to us. There will be no exceptions to this rule. Staff can customize requests and have been good with vegan eaters (please be clear with instructions and consider using Google Translator if you can). There is a breakfast, extensive day/lunch, and dinner menu (and you can order from the lunch menu at dinner). The staff will also entertain substitutes if you ask. **Towels for pool use are available for free at the pool (you must return the pool towels if you take them to the condo) **Please note that each renter must be registered to gain access to the condo and building. Furthermore, although it has not typically been an issue, we do not guarantee that people who visit you at the condo will be admitted by security. In the vast majority of cases visitors are typically allowed in the condo but security can deny entry if they determine, in their sole discretion, that the visitor is engaged in loud, disorderly, inappropriate, or disruptive conduct. Furthermore, security may ask all registered renters and their guests to wear bracelets and/or provide a valid form of ID. Unless the rules change, visitors of renters cannot use the pool, restaurants, or facilities. If you are bringing visitors to the condo you are advised to have them bring a valid ID. Beautiful condo! We loved the condo's restaurants and roof top pool and bar. The corner unit had amazing views and plenty of space. We were a short Uber ride from town and walking distance to beach. We would love to stay here again!

Views for days We loved our stay in ** from check in to check out. The condo is very spacious and modern. The views from the unit and the rooftop are stunning and we were able to watch whales every day. Food and drink at the pools were delicious. We didn’t use the gym but it’s massive. It was so easy to take a cab from the lobby to anywhere. Everyone was very friendly on the property. Was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the warm weather.
