DESCRIPTION OF CONDO **Stunning, spacious 2600 square feet **Luxurious living with calm, stylish, modern decor **3 master suites each with king size bed, smart TV, large closet, and luxury bathroom **1 bedroom with queen bed and closet (shared bathroom from hallway with one of the master suites) **Large, private balcony with oceanfront view and table w/ chairs and sofa with entry from the main master bedroom or living room **Unit in on the second floor (approximately 5-6 stories above the beach area) **Airy living room has floor-to-ceiling glass accordion doors that create a spectacular openness to outside ocean sounds and air **Large, fully equipped kitchen with island that opens to dining area and living room **Living room comes with 65 inch smart TV and each bedroom comes with 55 inch smart TV. Living room and main master TV has access to hundreds of stations. If there are no issues, the deposit will not be charged to your credit card. **Per building management, any guest reservations made on or after May 1, 2023, will be subject to a 500 pesos (approx. $25 USD) per day per condo "Amenities Fee." This reasonable fee is common in Puerto Vallarta at the larger luxury condo buildings and assists with the costs for wear and tear on the building from rental units. The fees will be collected directly by the building management upon arrival and are not included in your payment to us. There will be no exceptions to this rule. Staff can customize requests and have been good with vegan eaters (please be clear with instructions and consider using Google Translator if you can). There is a breakfast, extensive day/lunch, and dinner menu (and you can order from the lunch menu at dinner). The staff will also entertain substitutes if you ask. **Towels for pool use are available for free at the pool (you must return the pool towels if you take them to the condo) **Please note that each renter must be registered to gain access to the condo and building. Furthermore, although it has not typically been an issue, we do not guarantee that people who visit you at the condo will be admitted by security. In the vast majority of cases visitors are typically allowed in the condo but security can deny entry if they determine, in their sole discretion, that the visitor is engaged in loud, disorderly, inappropriate, or disruptive conduct. Furthermore, security may ask all registered renters and their guests to wear bracelets and/or provide a valid form of ID. Unless the rules change, visitors of renters cannot use the pool, restaurants, or facilities. If you are bringing visitors to the condo you are advised to have them bring a valid ID. Family Fun in PV Beautiful, spacious and clean condo. Layout was great for a family to have their own space when it came to bedrooms and bathrooms. Condo was equipped with everything you would need for a getaway. Our favorite space where we spent most of our time was the patio with the gorgeous view. Pool area was nice which was close to the restaurant and bar. Condo building was a short Uber ride to the many restaurants and activities that PV has to offer. John the owner was very helpful in suggestions about our stay and questions that we had. Would love to go back!

Beautiful Condominium in Stunning Location We enjoyed our recent stay at the Sayan Indah property. The restaurants, swimming pools and staff were exceptional. When we wanted to go into the Romantic Zone it was generally a 7 Uber and 5 minute trip. I've been traveling to PV for the last 10 years. We are looking to book a unit for the same time next year!
