The Hacienda at Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta- All Inclusive

Yes we enjoyed the pool very much! I love that it’s only 4 and a bit feet deep throughout. It was nice to be on the adult side for sure. We enjoyed the pillar pool as well, a bit quieter. Our room was clean with plenty of towels daily! Staff were very good and super friendly! The rooftop pool was also beautiful to watch the sunset! The hacienda side where we stayed is a little tired, but overall good! We will come back next year!

The property is well maintained. The pool area is huge, it’s part of this larger area you can walk to with full access as well. There is a hidden rooftop pool area. Not many people there. Excellent food

This place is to old and food is REALLY Bad for the Room tv no working issues wi the bathroom a/c working issues and mexica restaurant is not good

i would say our stay was exceptional. The staff were 10/10, so friendly and helpful. We loved our swim out room, it was such a blessing. The food was also excellent. the room was very clean and comfortable. i would highly recommend. 10:10

Staff was great but buildings were a bit of a mess and hard to find things due to ongoing construction. Room door and shower were broke but never fixed. Great view of the ocean and ability to rent beds. Been coming here for years but it’s been slowly going downhill. Also the fact that the literal minute we checked in we had someone trying to sell us a Krystal membership through a “welcome breakfast” that they wanted me to pay them $20 for was extremely offputting.

This was my introduction to an all inclusive vacation in Mexico, so I have little to compare it to. Our room was large and clean with a comfy bed and dual sinks in the bathroom. Hot water was not always available, but not a huge issue. The property was beautiful and well kept. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the local wildlife (raccoons, cats, iguanas) that hung out near the pools sometimes. The buffet meals were great with plenty of options for all diets. The a la carte restaurants were the only element we found a little disappointing. Location is good... Close to the airport, and easy to catch a bus or taxi\Uber to the Malecon and Zona Romantica, or the marina.

Please don’t stay here! The place is cute & nice but the food, drinks were horrible! & even the employees are not the nicest, we unfortunately had our beach backpack stolen & the employees & security are very useless & they were being shady even some of the employees say that there are people that like to steal, we were asking everyone & everyday & still nothing I’m sure one of the employees stole our bag & they all cover for each other, we also did a report & said they will get back to us in 72 hrs & no update, we also have reach out & no responses & on top of it there was mold on the headboard

The property itself is very beautiful. But the rooms are very poorly maintained. We did not have any hot running water for our shower. The pool for the swim-up rooms (2) that we reserved was very dirty very poorly kept chipped tile, uneven steps. The kitchen staff was absolutely wonderful but the receptionist that greeted us was very unpleasant. (Alex) he did explain how to make the reservation for the restaurants on the property. We arrived at 1:30 and and had asked for early check in and was not allowed to go to our rooms till after 4:30 .
