I didn’t like they don’t have water bottles and told us to re use the bottles we had used already. Dinner and lunch option were not the greatest. All inclusive but no room service

Favian is a wonderful person and told me where to find the iguana tree. Héctor kept our wine cups full. Adrian made sure our table was clean. It's a wonderful place to visit.

The restaurants were only open certain hours. The buffet was pretty mediocre. No on property store to but snacks. Everything is inclusive but not 24 hours like RIU properties. The bars don’t open until 11:30am. Not everyone spoke English so of you’re not fluent keep your google translate close. Was clean and people were kind otherwise.

Great location, you can easily walk to the marina, and the staff is friendly. However, the hotel NEEDS MAJOR improvements and upgrades. It is old and has not been kept up. The food and drinks were mediocre for the price you pay. If you want a great all-inclusive experience go somewhere else.

Some of the staff weren't fluent in English. Though you could find somone that understood perfectly. This resort was so accommodating and friendly. I felt the love!!! My group shed tears as we were leaving..I am definitely going back. It was the best stay in Puerto Vallarta to date!!!

We found that the staff were disorganized and uninformed. Some telling us of events, times and places that were wrong. Other times, we found lunchtime specials that were being set up on the beach that we had no knowledge of. Communication was poor between management and guests regarding events. We came to the resort during the Easter week and found that we were subjected to some discrimination towards us by the serving staff. They sometimes would avoid us or forget that we were even there, either at a restaurant or bar and would defer to the Mexican guests. Also, events were never on time. House keeping seemed random. Whenever was convenient for them. The food was disappointing, although there was a lot offered. No real Adult pool. Nobody was inforcing that. We would not recommend this resort if you are not Mexican.
