The Service was incredible. The waiters and all staff were very friendly. The hotel is chill and it was not very busy during my visit. I always found room next to the pool, or in the beach and at the restaurants.

Location is great, close to everything. Beautiful beach, lots of activities, food at the hotel was very good and good variety like snacks and extras. Property is very clean, rooms are very clean, service was excellent. I think it is a great deal.

Room was clean , there was a cute bath on the patio . The hot water did not work in our room all week …. Staff very accommodating we made friends with lots of staff . We had butler service but we really wished it would have been more top notch service in that arena

The property and food experience is what we expected. All inclusive is never top tier quality, but overall we were satisfied. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

The food at the property is the main reason why this resort we get three stars for me. I am very disappointed with the food at this resort because it lacked flavor and the options are limited.
Other than this, everything thing else was great for the most part.

Everything right at your step. Service was awesome, 3 restaurants to choose from plus a 24 hours cafe & sweet to choose. Rooms are clean, safety box, stores, pharmacy and other restaurant outside the resort. Multiple swimming pools and beach front. Activity, shows and lots more to do.

We had a great time. Every staff we came in contact with was very pleasant. . Victor at the pool side was amazing.. Will definitely be back.
