Marboka Hotel & Suites

We booked this hotel room last minute because we expected weather-related travel delays back to the US, and I’m so glad we did! The view from the room is incredible, the hotel staff are fantastic, and the check-in/out process was very smooth. The walk on the beach was very fun, and the downstairs restaurant is lovely. It’s not fancy, but it has everything you need (no one comes to PV to stay inside!) I would absolutely stay here again and recommend booking today!

The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding, everyone was kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The staff truly made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The amenities were great, everything was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I loved every part of my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend Marboka to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta! ✨

This was my second time staying at Marboka and as per the first time we received nothing but top notch service. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay great. Love that is is attached to La Playita restaurant so food and drinks are always available. If you want the flavor of staying in Mexico this is the place to be! Thank you all for your hospitality!! We'll be back.

I was always greeted by a smile and excellent service by Chicco and Franco at Reception Patty and Leti were always ready to assist with any request for my room. The view from my room was spectacular!

Great location and gorgeous views from balcony of the ocean! A few stairs to climb but well worth it!

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. I stayed here with my two friends from 26th to 29th December 2025. The guy at the reception, Franko, was too rude. There were a number of problems with the room, the towels had big stains on them, there was big dirty stain on one of the bedspread, the shower nobs came off while turning them. We had to leave the shower on for 10 minutes before any hot water came out of it. When we told the guy at the reception he told us that we washed everything, it's not dirty. Also, the hotel next to this one was giving snorkeling gear for 65 Pesos, while this one tried charging us 150 for one hour which doesn't include the vest. When we reached out to the reception guy that we are guests of this hotel and the next hotel is giving it to their guests for 65. He very rudely said, "go get in that hotel then" when the other hotel only gave the equipment to their guests. You're better off booking any other hotel, this is too expensive and honestly not worth it.

Authentic Mexican hideaway. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. The only drawback was all the stairs to climb.
