Super location, everything one needs within 2 to 3 minute walk and beach about a 12 minute walk. Very clean and neat and everything one needs for a great stay in PV! I would stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel was much better than expected. Bathroom was renovated. Nice balcony. Sure, the facitlites are old, but it is very good value for money. I would bookt this hotel again.

Lovely old colonial building with very friendly staff. Some odour from the toilet but okay if bathroom door left closed.

Good location, not too noisy, two nice rooftop sitting areas with good views. Nothing fancy, but 2 minutes walk to Rio Cuale.

I had no issues with the service, enjoyed the rooftop balcony & had hot showers. However, the most important aspect - the ability to sleep!- was absolutely terrible. Rooms open up to a central atrium of 3 levels that echoes all sounds, & which are heard in your bed since there is a wooden shutter that opens to it (instead of a glass window). So drunk people at midnight, TV's, slamming doors, alarms at 6AM, all of that can be heard while you try to sleep. The bed was also very uncomfortable.
With 2 nights left, I left for another hotel, eating the cost of that and a new place because it was just that bad.

It was a quaint hotel. Very simple no frill rooms. The cleaning staff were great. Cleaned room daily, only wish they’d provide extra towels. The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful when I asked for guidance. The location was great close to beach, shops, restaurants. Very walkable!

I liked staying here, priced very reasonably, a fantastic restaurant across the street on Madero and a great cafe at the end of the crossroad on the mother side of the hotel,

Pretty basic, but it was clean, bed was comfortable , staff was friendly and helpful, would stay there again. If you can't do stairs, maybe not a good option.

We've stayed here many times. Lovely staff and great location. Many rooms have been upgraded making it even better.
